The location is excellent right on the beach. The room was clean, however, definitely in need of updating with new furniture and paint outside and in. Would definitely stay again because of location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kitchen and fridge in room was nice to have as well

We were looking for an affordable place on the beach with a pool in a family friendly area for our teens spring break and Enchanted Isle Resort checked all those boxes. Lisa’s communication by text the day of our check-in was fantastic and she even was able to get a room switched to the first floor due to mobility issues in our party (I had asked when I made the reservation and there was supposed to be a note on the reservation to put us on the first floor because there aren’t elevators). The room was exactly as the pictures showed for a 1 BR 1BA apartment with a pool view. It was clean but it is showing its age. The only thing I would have liked was some kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil and a starter pot of coffee since it is a fully functioning kitchen with a good assortment of dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, etc. The free on-site laundry after 4pm was a nice surprise. I would stay here again because it’s a great location away from the hustle and bustle and we come for the beach, not to hang out in the hotel room.

Localização, tamanho do apartamento, limpeza e gentileza dos funcionários. O hotel possui uma localização fantástica, segura e a pouquíssimos passos ( "pé na areia...) da praia onde você curte um lindo nascer do sol e a praia em si, que é muito tranquila e bonita. O hotel possui uma piscina muito boa para relaxar no fim do dia. Possui também uma lavanderia ( grátis) e espreguiçadeiras na praia. A limpeza foi excepcional e o apartamento possuía os itens básicos de cozinha e muitas toalhas para o quarto e para a piscina. A equipe foi muito gentil e hospitaleira, especialmente a Lisa, que nos recepcionou com muita gentileza e nos deu muitas dicas da localidade. Próximo ao hotel, encontra-se o início do calçadão de Hollywood beach, onde você faz uma curta e agradável caminhada até a área dos restaurantes e do teatro ao ar livre de Hollywood beach. Valeu muito a pena ficar no Enchanted!

Property is located less than 5 min walk from beach, beach chairs are available for free. There are no restaurants nearby unless you walk about 10-12 mins down the boardwalk. Not a big deal but need to plan accordingly if you don’t have a car. Room was spacious but showing some wear. Would stay here again as long as I had a car, lots of parking available.

We were happy that we could see the ocean from the dining room window and it was an easy walk to watch the sunrise on the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed worked well for our son who was with us.

Nice, quiet, friendly place to stay. Great location for beach, groceries and a walking path along the ocean that will tire most people out…. Never understand why hotels cheap out with ancient coffee makers, toaster that’s falling apart and simple other things but I guess they rely on great locations. And that’s why we would go back one day…. You will enjoy this stay!

Super beliggenhed, men lidt slidt

Ok lejlighed men vi var ikke klar over der ikke ville blive gjort rent, selv om vi boede der i en uge. Lidt slidt og ikke rent i krogene og en larmende air conditioning der ikke kunne justeres. Men mange gode faciliteter og lige ved stranden så et fint ophold. Beliggenheden trækker op.

Couldn't Access Our Room - No Reception

The location was beautiful, just steps from the beach, with a relaxed and safe atmosphere. Most guests were elderly, wintering in Florida, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was extremely stressful. We arrived at 8 PM to find the reception closed (hours are 9 AM–5 PM weekdays and Saturday mornings). Check-in details had been emailed only 12 hours earlier, but the email went to my spam folder while we were flying. Without completing the required documents, we had no access to our room. After 24 hours of travel, we arrived exhausted at 9 PM without internet access, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was inaccessible until check-in was completed—a frustrating catch-22. The after-hours number posted outside played a recorded message saying the office was closed. Thankfully, a kind guest helped us figure out how to get our keys. Otherwise, we might have left. Once inside, the room was freezing—set to 60°F with no way to turn off the AC. The bed had only a thin blanket and sheet. An alternate after-hours number eventually brought an extra blanket, but we still slept in clothes with towels and coats for warmth. This was a shame because the location had great potential. Poor communication and lack of after-hours support ruined the stay. If you plan to stay here, check your spam folder and complete all paperwork ahead of time. While the location and facilities are worth four stars, I’m giving one star to warn others about these issues.
