Very dirty all over. Wiring hanging in hallways and in rooms. Fixtures dangling. Stains all over walls. Coffee maker dirty. Pillows out of shape. Stains on mattresses/sheets/blanket. Broken furniture. Noises/banging all night. Breakfast is sit in only. Could not take to room. So very small offerings and dining room full of people. Long line for food. So I left and didn’t get anything. Lazy river was decent but no tubes so bring your own. And people vaping and drinking in hot tub. Check in/out was fine with no issues.

This place was not as I expected the room very gloomy, I reserved a room with King size bed we walk in I see set of bunk beds which is not what my room online showed the couch was horrible looked disgusting like out of Salvage store light above sink didn’t work, bathroom ceiling looked awful water marks and a piece of tile looked as if it could fall, bed was not comfortable this room felt like we were in a storage room with extra things in our room. No wifi which is because they say they are under construction but we never seen anyone working on the hotel. The hotel carpet to elevator was very dirty trash in our room was never emptied overall just a horrible place I didn’t want to walk on carpet barefoot but did because I didn’t bring socks food wasn’t great scramble eggs watery not impressed at all with hotel I should have complained but they didn’t ask how our stay was I need refund for at least half I don’t recommend not worth the money

The light over the sink didn’t work, the furniture had a dry juice on it, they just kept taking towels, I had to keep going downstairs to get more. But the guy at the front desk was pleasant and busy every time I saw him.

Terrible. Me and my kids were in the room for 5 minutes, and that was too long. We immediately checked out and they refused to give a refund and also lied to hotels.com customer service, saying we stayed there (which was a lie) and also said we were regular customers there (LIE, never stayed there before in my life) it is truly disgusting and looks NOTHING like photos on this site. RUN far away, don’t walk!

This hotel has potential to be a luxury hotel. You can definitely tell that some Renovations have been made, but many more are needed. The hallways were pretty dirty but the room we stayed in had a very clean bathroomand clean sheets. The beds however were very uncomfortable the mattresses need replaced. The carpet was vacuumed but needs deep cleaned or replaced. I wouldn't walk around without shoes on because my son's socks were completely black on the bottom after walking around without shoes in the room. The lobby was very welcoming as well as all of the staff we encountered. I tend to clean up after myself and remove my own trash and place a do not disturb sign on my door. They did not one day and ask if we did need anything and I told them we were good but I appreciated them checking on us. Overall it was not a bad place to stay. It was a bit noisy in the hallways pretty late at night, but many of the surrounding activities do not end until very late at night so that was expected. The indoor pool and small Lazy River was nice as well.

The property needs a major face lift. It’s so outdated and my room smelt like mold. BAD. We paid for a balcony and upon check in there were non available. No refund or price match. The smell by the pool area was way to strong

The staff was very kind our room was clean and comfortable the outdoor pool was nice. The hot tub didn’t work, and the indoor pool smelled so strong of chlorine we couldn’t enjoy it other then that everything else was amazing and we have no complaints.

Pools are over chlorinated. My daughter was in the lazy river for only a hour and her eyes and face got so red. She ended up in tears because of her eyes burning so bad. And no she did not open her eyes under water (she’s 19) also bathing suit got faded. WiFi is also terrible.

Overall experience was good. The only problem we had was the pools had too much chlorine in them which caused 3 swimming suits of ours to look like they were bleached. I told the staff at the front desk so hopefully they fix that issue don’t doesn’t happen to other families. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would stay there again in the future.

I booked the family suite, the rooms smelled old & musty. Upon unpacking our things, my daughter used the restroom, and the toilet was completely broken. Didn’t flush etc. front desk ended up moving us rooms, we were given two rooms due to not have any more family suites available. Upon going into that room, roaches were in the bathroom
