We had a fabulous stay; apartment is perfectly located and the room was more than we could have asked for. Communication from the team there is clear and they go out of their way to be helpful and available. The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable and Good Location

This hotel is located close to tram station. Just walkable distance. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. Just opposite to a museum. There are two banks and money exchange available a block away. Reception staff was helpful and a smiling person. Staff provided sightseeing information. There is an elevator. Easy access. Rooms are big and spacy. There is a television and we can view local channels. Big and spacy bathroom. No shower. There is a bathtub and washing machine. Bathtub is slightly higher than normal. We requested a ladder. Ladder was provided immediately. There is no restaurant at this hotel. Fixed breakfast menu and package was sent to our room at our desired time. Breakfast was ok. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Quite neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here.
