We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service around the property, including transportation to and from the rooms. The hotel grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend Los Lagos to anyone visiting La Fortuna!

Beautiful property with outstanding staff and services, but the standard rooms are starting to show their age. The beds, sheets, pillows, we're great. The room itself has seen better days. There was some mold around the tub, the tub was stained, outlets were few, and the lighting was harsh. Highlights are the amazing hot springs, the gardens and the pool bar. The restaurant could be better for the price.

8/10 Very good

The property is amazing! Incredible views, great amenities, good breakfast buffet. My only disappointment was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear everything our neighbors did or said. We heard their wake up call like it was in our room! Also, they were night owls and we are early risers so the kept us awake when we were trying to sleep. I would suggest splurging for a villa with no neighbors if you can swing it. Because of the lack of sleep we got while staying there, I wouldn’t book there again.
