The property has zero after hours support. The fire alarm in the property went off for 4+ hours. Inspite of me calling the emergency number multiple times, no one picked up the call. Then I called 999, when the fire department showed up. The alarm kept ringing for further two hours. The property hardly has any concern for customer safety. Also, cleanliness of the rooms are next level. Stains all around and possible bed bugs, which were giving me rashes.

The unit was perfect for our needs. 2BR, 2BA which is rare for London. Only complaints I have were the beds were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, had a washer, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. Also grateful the place had a lift and ramp on the ground floor for luggage which made getting in/out of the place convenient. Located in Bloomsbury, it's an easy walk to the British Museum, Russel Square Tube station and multiple bus lines.

Very clean and safe. Management office/reception right next door. Problem with showerhead was fixed the same day I reported it. Location is wonderful! Walk to several adorable small restaurants - but not too many. Windows are old and the trash collection in the mornings (8am?) may wake up light sleepers. Not luxurious but great value and location.
