Great location but otherwise disappointing

Amazing location, walking distance to all major sites. The bathroom was spotless and the bedsheets were clean, however, there were large cobwebs in all corners of the room. We also paid for the movie room and the projector only worked 1 night out of the three we stayed there and the jacuzzi bath did not work at all, which was disappointing considering we paid for these features. Reception hours were odd so we could never speak to someone about these issues as there was no one there. The hotel is fine for a city break when you don't plan on spending too much time in the room

Communication was Amazing with the team. Property could use some updating, however nothing was wrong and I would definitely stay there again. Again, customer service is superb.

De maravilloso nada, desde las toallas diminutas para secar el cuerpo, ofrecen buffet y luego dicen que desde 2023 no tienen y el edificio viejito y feo. Es más un motel. La persona que me atendió fue amable y con pronta respuesta en todo momento y gracias a Expedia que me hizo el cambio de hotel

Great position, friendly staff, good choice for breakfast, clean rooms, able to use contents of mini bar without charge. I didnt realise irooms was a little quirky. I stayed in the iwild room. Set up like being outdoors, had teepee frame over bed, synthetic grass and other added toiches making you feel you were outdoors.

I stayed here for 4 nights with a partner, we received a free upgrade on the first evening to the iMovie room which I could highly recommend! It had a jacuzzi in which is great for relaxing in after a busy day. Our actual room was the icube room, small but a very well used space with amazing shower! Both rooms were very clean, the staff are extremely helpful in making sure you enjoy your time in Rome! And each morning breakfast is served to your room which was plentiful and I enjoyed the privacy!

Close to Sites & Nice Extras

Hotel is centrally located (20 min walk to Vatican City, 15 min walk to Colosseum, 5 min walk to Pantheon). Staff is VERY helpful and attentive. Mini-fridge has water and snacks free of charge and refilled daily. Breakfast is included; not the fanciest breakfast, but we found it quite nice as you can choose up to 5 items and includes fruit, yogurt, hot ham and cheese toast, and croissants. If you're leaving early for the day, a boxed breakfast is supplied the night before. The hotel is a little different concept than the traditional room but we found it fun. WiFi was fast and dependable.

We stayed in The iMovie room. It has a projector which is pretty awesome. Bed was big and comfy, but most importantly was the bathtub/spa. We stayed in Rome for 4 days and we walked to all the attractions from the hotel using google maps. We never took the bus. The pantheon is like 8 minutes away. Trevi Fountain 15, altar of the fatherland was 8 as well. The only one which was a little far was the Vatican and colosseum which only took us about 35 minutes but the walk was well worth it. We were tired but that spa was sooo helpful. It was the most relaxing time. They have a fridge. Coffee maker. I stayed in London, Switzerland, and currently in Paris. So far Iroom is actually one of my two favorites. I would recommend this room to anyone and would and will to come back again.

Однозначно рекомендуем. Отдыхали неделю 1. Оперативное взаимодействие по переписки до заезда. 2. Высший уровень гостеприимства. Низкий поклон Заиге (надеюсь правильно пишу имя). Всегда улыбка. Всегда готова помочь и решить любые вопросы. Дать рекомендации. Все искренне и с максимальным радушием. Большой плюс - знание русского. Для нас было неожиданным бонусом. Заига однозначный бонус для всего отеля в целом) по своим компетенциям. 3. Конечно джакузи и массажное кресло после целого дня хождения очень выручали. 4. Дополнительно - Управление всем в номере с айпада прикольно. Порадовали настройки каждого светильника в номере под себя с айпада в любом цветовом диапазоне. 3D очки и вывод с айпада на экран любого интернет канала. туалетная комната с двумя видами душа, биде и т.д. 4. Тепло. Регулировка кондиционера из номера. Сейф. Удобная кровать. Холодильник: вода, соки, снеки, масло. Пополняют все, что вы с’ели накануне. Почему то последние два дня не пополняли воду и соки, думаю, можно было напомнить, но мы покупали свою, было не критично. И кофемашина с капсулами под кофе и чай - на любителя, мы не стали пользоваться. Вкус кофе и чая из машины не понравился. Совсем нет шкафов, есть открытая тумба и крючки под вешалки. Это не совсем удобно, но т.к. концепция отеля скорее для парочек, кот здесь могут уединиться, то на фоне остальных плюсов - не критично. 5. Расположение!!! Вот это самое большое преимущество отеля. Все!!! в шаговой доступности. Спасибо. Номер SPA.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed here for 5 nights recently, I had the icube room which was brilliant! I stayed here alone but the room was plenty big enough for 2 people. Double bed was extremely comfy, memory foam mattress and pillows, it was also very spacious. There’s a tv above the bed with Netflix and YouTube so plenty to watch other than terrestrial tv. The breakfast was lovely, it gets served to your room which was also nice, the choice was really good and you also get quite a lot compared to other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The mini fridge in the room also gets filled everyday with water a fizzy drink and tasty snacks. The room was extremely clean as well as the shower and toilet. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything, 30 minute walk to the Vatican and 20 minute walk to the colosseum as well as all the other landmarks which are well within a 20 minute walk, I had no need for public transport or taxis as everything is so close. The staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough to help and always had time for conversation, their recommendation for restaurants was excellent! I do have one tip, I had a little trouble finding the hotel for a start so when you get to the address there will be a church, face the front of the church and behind you will be a newspaper stall, now facing the stall, the door to the hotel is approximately 10 metres to the left, there is a telecom next to the door with iRooms marked on a buzzer. All in all brilliant hotel

This was a great apartment and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We did have a little trouble with extreme noise early in the morning since the courtyard was undergoing construction, but if you're and early riser this shouldn't be a problem. Also, I suspect the construction is only temporary, so it should not be an issue for most. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Apesar da ausência de placas e do portão ser de um prédio antigo, a recepção foi muito atenciosa e agradável. O quarto era todo high-tech e confortável. A localização é excelente, perto das principais atrações (walking distance). O café da manhã sempre servido no quarto no horário combinado e da maneira que escolhemos!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights of our two week Italian trip this September. We went from Venice to cinque terre to Florence to almafi and Rome was our last stop. John was the one who received us and he was 200% helpful and amazing! The location was so central we didn’t have to take transit or taxi anywhere and all major sights were within walking distance. The place was cozy and very modern. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for our next visit

Cool spa

We stayed in the ispa room and the spa and massage chair was in frequent use after a hot day sightseeing. The position is fantastic. Love the area.
