A wonderful stay in the middle of Chania. Place is beautiful, great staff, rooms. Breakfast was ok. Only minus is because it is an old town you have to park far from the hotel and walk with your luggage, which was inconvenient.

Amazing view from our room. Getting to the hotel with our bags was a little challenging since this hotel is in the harbour where cars are not allowed; but if you find parking near one of the options they send, you will just walk like 5-7 minutes. But, I will say it was totally worth it. The Venetian Harbour is so unique, you have to stay in it and explore every little street. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay. Staff were so helpful and we loved being in the old port. The beds were comfy and they had everything we needed and then some. We had a rental car and they were very helpful directing us to the areas we could park in outside the port. There are so many great restaurants around the hotel. Completely walkable. Perfect stay in Chania

A "once in a lifetime" stay
We stayed in the room with a view over the harbor, and I must say it is a one in a life time experience. Having wine on the balcony looking over the venetian strip is quite amazing and the same is waking up and looking out the window. The room itself looks amazing as well. It really is at the heart of the oldtown, and everyone working there was really nice. Be aware! Its incredibly difficult driving close to the old city and parking spaces are really hard to find. We had to park outside the city and walk 25 minutes to the hotel. Which was quite tiresome. Breakfast is not the highlight of this hotel. Its a bit lackluster, but its not bad either. But dont expect to be "wow-ed". The room with the amazing view makes up for this big time.

Hôtel à fuire si vous souhaitez vous reposer ! Très mal insonorisé que ce soit de l'extérieur ( pas de double vitrage et la fête dans la rue jusqu'à 3h du matin) ou de l'intérieur ( on vit avec les chambres du dessus et d'à côté) . Si vous comptiez sur la grasse matinée et bien non!!! Après 10h30 on vous fait bien remarquer de manière très désagréable que c'est l'heure limite pour prendre son petit déjeuner ( une arrivée à 10h33), en plus du personnel très mal aimable le buffet est digne d'un hôtel de très moyenne gamme. Très bien situé mais ne vaut pas tous les commentaires que nous avions lu lors de notre réservation. Toutefois, Chania reste un endroit magnifique.
