I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location was convenient. The hotel itself was spotless; everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained from the lobby to the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Reservamos um tipo de acomodação e fomos colocados em outra inferior; não obtivemos nenhum retorno da gerência do Hotel. O quarto não tinha cofre, não tinha secador de cabelo; tive que trabalhar com as roupas penduradas batendo no meu rosto: o cabideiro ficava acima da mesa de trabalho. Quanto a equipe nenhuma reclamação. O serviço do restaurante é bom.
