The hotel was great! The location is perfect walking distance to the Lawn on D and other popular restaurants/areas. The only downfall was the ac in our room was broken. Even after resetting the thermostat our room made it to 74 degrees. This thing’s happen and I certainly would return here in the future.

We stayed for one night and the hotel itself was fine. The AC was loud, but the bed was comfortable. They charged us a $25 fee, $15 of which was supposed to be a credit for breakfast. Three bagels and a coffee totaled $50 so all in all it was a scam.

Convenient location for convention centre and serviced by several public transport options into downtown. Modern facility and very helpful and friendly staff. Our first room unfortunately had some wet carpet issue but reception was quick to offer another room. Some issue with blinds not closing which was also promptly addressed. The pool was being serviced so unable to comment. Overall Good business/conference orientated hotel
