DO NOT BOOK IF CHECKING IN AFTER 8PM

Do not use this hotel if you will be checking in after 8pm!! You will not be able to get into your room. Even if the hotel attendant tells you you can. The number will not work if you try to call it from the lobby. No one will pick up. We came from the states to stay for 2 nights I called ahead to make sure we would be able to get into the room after 8pm the hotel attendant told me that if I got there after 8pm and the computer where you get your keys doesn’t work then I could call a number and someone would assist me. NOT TRUE We booked the Hotel through Hotels.com thinking it would be a safe way to book because we can not read or speak French. They gave us a conformation email, charged my card for 2 nights but WITHOUT a confirmation number. Which you will need to plug into the computer along with your first and last name if checking in after 8pm After not being able to get ahold of anyone from the hotel to get the right information to plug into the computer in the lobby. I called hotels.com spent 2 hours on the phone for them to tell me I was not getting my money back and they couldn’t get a hold of anyone from the Hotel as well. WE ENDED UP SLEEPING IN OUR TRUCK IN THE PARKING LOT. Imagine traveling from the USA 10 hours into another country and then not be able to check into the hotel. Having to also wait till 9am for someone to arrive to the hotel to check me in for the second night. Do not use hotel.com or book this hotel if arriving after 8pm

La salle de bain sent mauvais, il faudrait penser à changer ou nettoyer les rideaux de douche de temps en temps. Les produits nettoyants semble servir à cacher les mauvaises odeurs.
