Fantastic all round, perfect location, friendly staff, checked in early and got a room upgrade . Bed was lovely , will definitely return!

I spoke to the hotel the day before my visit to confirm my room, the member of staff I spoke to also told me 1 breakfast was included and I could add my parter on when I arrived.
When arriving at the hotel I was told they had moved us to the moxy due to over booking, even though I booked it months in advance for my partners birthday.
I asked if the room would be a like for like and was told well it will have a window which was a very poor answer and with the lack of apology I can say I was very annoyed.
The hotel they sent us to was only 5 minutes down the road but down a side road and around the back away from the square front.
The staff at the moxy were very polite and helpful.
When I asked them in regards to the breakfast I was told they would enquire and to come back later.
So once we got back from our show around 10pm I spoke to the member of staff at the front desk who told me that they had been advised by the Victoria that we had to come back to the Victoria if we wanted our breakfast which might I add is ridiculous considering the weather the next day was heavy rain and strong winds.
So we asked if we could be compensated and not have the breakfast, we was told by the moxy they will enquire and let us know in the morning.
So in the morning when it came to checking out the Victoria had changed there minds saying it was never included In the first place.
The lack of any professionalism was extremely disappointing.
