Nothing special with hotel. Even rooms have no windows. TV is not working. Good for night stays.

Dette hotellet ligger langt unna alt. Må belage seg på drosje for å komme seg til både strand og shopping muligheter. Området hotellet ligger i er også svært dårlig. Hotellet i seg selv er helt ok. Betjeningen snakker kun spansk, Forstår svært lite engelsk.

This is not resort! And there is no beach acces.

After a crazy apart/hotel experience at Santo Domingo , that was like an oasis for me. Be prepare that here will be no English speaking conversation. But any way they'll help you whatever they can. The rooms are not supper, and maybe you'll have to change one to another, due to missing shower head or so,but they have a triple rooms, if you have a big group, you can live in a 2 separate rooms. you probably will have to rent a car, coz it'll be cheaper then call a taxi at least twice a day, so you can go to Macao beach or eldorado beach by punta Cana. They have a free breakfast and restaraunt with pretty good dinner. Don't expect a lot from it, but I met such a great people here from different countries. At the end, i kinda like this place.

Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

The Good- friendly staff, and for the price not bad – if your just looking for a place to lay your head and know the area The Bad- Concierge service really didn’t exist the staff was unknowledgeable (although nice and friendly they tried ). The continental breakfast amounted to cheap cold cuts, and cheese. Transportation to anything was a $5 or $10 taxi or motor taxi ride- if you add the cost of all that up you can stay at an all-inclusive resort. Or LOCATON- its not close to anything – 15min taxi to beach, 10 minutes to downtown , and there is no night life if you’re looking for excitement THE VERY BAD – after booking on HOTELS.COM and attempting to check out to clerk tried to charge me AGAIN, even after to was able to produce my receipt. The manager, and internet booking manager claimed that my bill was not paid in full !!!!! I spend 45minute on my cell phone at international RATES to contact hotels.com and additional hour of taxi charges to clear up.
