Only complaints are that there were no luggage storage facilities - but this wasn’t clear until we had already booked a non-refundable rate - and the rooms were too hot, even though the outdoor temperature was a maximum of 25.

The apartment had everything I needed, was clean, comfortable and lovely. The staff were lovely. There could be some training done on how you welcome a guest in a wheelchair and how to interact with disabled customers, as I saw my colleague not get spoken to directly. However, I was not informed there were building works. I was woken up by the noise and it was really loud, right outside my window. I then had workers walking past the windows and had to close them for privacy as they could see me. It would have been nice to have been informed or given a discount as this did ruin the stay.
