Excellent stay

We stayed 2 nights on a trip through France and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. It’s an easy walk from the rail station as well as into the central areas if Lille. We would definitely stay again.

Très bel hôtel. L’équipe de la réception, du petit restaurant et du petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur écoute et leur patience face à mes demandes très particulières. Même constat du côté du restaurant “Le Reine”, avec une équipe très agréable et de délicieux petits plats. Je recommande sans hésiter. En revanche, grosse déception concernant la centrale de réservation : aucune écoute, aucune solution proposée. J’avais fait une erreur dans ma réservation et ils ont refusé catégoriquement toute modification, me proposant seulement d’annuler sans aucun remboursement… Inutile donc de leur demander quoi que ce soit. L’équipe de la réception a malheureusement dû gérer mon mécontentement, mais ils ont été formidables. Bravo en particulier à Nicolas (stagiaire), qui a su gérer la situation avec professionnalisme et a été adorable malgré ma mauvaise humeur. Stage validé avec mention :-)

Lovely hotel for a weekend break.

Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, fantastic breakfasts too. Brilliant location right on the edge of the old town (where the best L’estimets are) and near shopping district. We stayed in a suite which had a super comfy bed and luxury bathroom. Parking easy next door. Can stress how good the service was.

Bem localizado

Hotel muito bem localizado para conhecer as atrações de Lille, fizemos tudo à pé. Chuveiro excelente, único com piso realmente antiderrapante da viagem de 14 dias na França. Ótima pressão da água. Produtos l’Occitane para banho, uma delícia! Cama muito confortável, televisão smart enorme no quarto. O quarto em si poderia ser maior.

EXCELLENT

Cet hôtel offre une expérience remarquable avec des chambres élégantes, un confort irréprochable et une superbe salle de bain dotée de toilettes séparées. Son standing haut de gamme m'a réconcilié avec les établissements Best Western, qui sont souvent critiqués pour leur insonorisation insuffisante. Bien que ceux de Lille soient déjà très appréciables, celui-ci se démarque incontestablement comme le meilleur. L'équipe du Colibri se distingue par son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme, apportant une véritable touche d'excellence à l'expérience. La réception ainsi que le reste du personnel sont également à la hauteur, mais un grand coup de cœur pour l'équipe du Colibri ! Quant à la cuisine, elle est tout simplement divine : chaque repas est un plaisir, et séjourner ici reste un véritable bonheur.
