Adorei a estadia, a recepção muito educada e sempre soliícita em nos ajudar! Perto de tudo, nem precisamos alugar carro, pois estávamos perto de tudo. O quarto era confortável e Wi fi pegava super bem. No geral, gostei bastante e pretendo voltar outras vezes!

This is a nice hotel in a wonderful location of Cape Town that provides good accommodations without needing to be in a big, stuffy hotel. The breakfasts are really good.

request for refund. We have booked a hotel reservation for Cape Town for May 13 to May 14, 1 night. At our arrival in Cape Town SA, we were unable to get in contact with the hotel, despite multiple phone calls and e mails prior to departure from Montreal. Instructions from the hotel were to call prior to arrival as there is no check-in after 10:00 pm. Our arrival in Cape Town was after midnight, we could not get in touch with them. The airport staff arranged a hotel for us at the airport. Only when we checked in, the hotel sent a message to contact the security, again no answer. Here are the dates; Hotel Head South Lodge Cape Town South, Check in 12.5, check out 13.5. Expedia itinerary no.73058929455214 The hotel at airport was Verde, can$ 195,00 Thank you Otto Dusbaba

Such a great stay here! The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the morning breakfast is excellent. The main manager will help you with any need, from extra blankets to laundry-by-order.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Head South Lodge! Alle Mitarbeiter waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren groß, modern und super ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage zwischen Meer, Lions Head und direkt an der Main Road, wo sich viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden, war perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Stayed for 12 nights in the deluxe room on the top floor at the back of the property. Found the room to be of very high standard very spacious and very well equipped with more than adequate air conditioning. I was made to feel very welcome and found the staff extremely helpful I was particularly impressed with the breakfast selection and the general cleanliness Hotel was particularly suited for my needs as it was a great location for all the connections to the tourist excursions. In summary, I found my whole experience during my stay to be most comfortable and in my opinion value for money. Has a solo traveller I couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough.

Great first stay at Head South Lodge!

Very much enjoyed my first stay at Head South Lodge! The guesthouse is in a great location - close to Sea Point and the promenade along the water, but also 20-30 min walk to V&A Waterfront and a quick 10 min Uber to City Bowl. Bed was very comfortable, WiFi worked well, they have secure parking in front of the guesthouse. All of the staff were so kind, felt very safe here, and excellent breakfasts. I will be back!

Customer service was excellent, and hotel staff were accommodating and beyond friendly. Our room had a pleasant balcony, and we easily Ubered from the hotel to wherever we needed to go in the city. Breakfast buffet and the coffee options were also excellent!:) We did struggle with not being able to contact the lodge on our way in (we tried reaching out through the Expedia app but got no response), as we hoped for airport pickup or transportation suggestions. Unfortunately we did not hear back and ended up getting massively ripped off by a taxi who charged us about 4x the normal rate. Our advice: uber uber uber!!

Great location - a short walk to the promenade by Green Point lighthouse. There is a hot breakfast which is delicious and made to order. The front terrace is a nice place to sit out in the evenings, and there is an honesty bar. Place feels secure with a member of staff always on duty by the front gate. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Big thanks to Lee :)
