Best Hotel for an Ulsan Stay
Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. Overall it was okay and staffs there were really nice and kind, and trying their kind of best to solve some problems i had in our stay. The condition of the room I had on the first day was so bad(mouldy smell… most wallpaper was wiggling and some were falling apart)and they provided us room change from the second day of our stay. In general the room condition is a bit old, which is acceptable though. I felt the time of breakfast on weekdays was a little bit tight(it closes at 9:30), which is understandable considering it is a business hotel but if the breakfast close at 10 it’d be more convenient for tourists like us. Also parking is inconvenient I have to say… I’ve never had Silla Stay like this branch ever… though the staffs I met were kind and nice.
