10/10 Exceptional

Really cute lobby, the staff was phenomenal, so friendly and helpful. Loved that it was within walking distance to the Civic center and dining options.

Our stay was last minute & the fee was really good along with the room was very nice!! We enjoyed our stay, just too short! I recommend this hotel!!
Linda M., 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and I had a view of the bridge.
Beaux, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very convenient to the Riverside Park. What wasn't good was the elevators were broke --- we were on the 4th floor!
Jane, 2-night trip

Love it!

This is a very nice hotel with affordable rates. The lobby is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Short walk to restaurants and the Civic Center. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again on possible return trips to Peoria.

10/10 Exceptional

No idea what Mark Twain has to do with Peoria, but it’s nice…less than a mile from the ballpark.
David, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

We liked the easy parking and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was seamless. There was 2 red stains on the carpet in our room (hoping it was nail polish). Wish they had a restaurant on-site.
Amy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The area is dangerous and the hotel is a dump
Jared, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was located conveniently and a standard hotel room. Only down side was that the AC in our room didn’t work
Charity, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, staff was very nice. Only one elevator works, the phone in the room didn't work and the place is in need of replacement and repair.
William, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We both are senior people and had a hard time sleeping on the bed . Other than that. Great stay
scott, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Generally the hotel is very nice. The only disadvantage is the late checkin and excessive cost for an early checkin
Gregory, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

This older property would be just fine if we were a bit cleaner, and stocked with items such as soap, cups, toilet paper, working lightbulbs, and staff securing the front desk.
Lori, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Nothing absolutely horrible
Brian, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Staff got into argument and left hotel open. Rooms weren't clean.
Willie, 2-night trip

The carpets throughout were filthy. The elevator was gross and the room worst. I couldn’t walk barefoot at all - so dirty. Give your maid a magic eraser to clean the walls here and there.

Tara, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only weird thing was the shower didnt have a door. It was a walk-in shower with a glass pane covering half of it, the other half was just open so water got on the floor. But the pressure and temperature was nice and the room overall wasn't bad. It's a vintage type of place, it was perfect for my trip though and I definitely plan on staying here again.
Ana, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Stayed here for 2 nights and the difference in the 2 rooms was night and day. One had a more up to date feel and I really enjoyed. The other, dirty carpet, older fixtures ans feel, just a complete opposite of the other room I stayed in. So I have to rate down the middle as you don't know what you'll walk into.
Charles, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

IF you want to shower you need to run the water at least for 5 minutes, the carpet is very dirty can't take your shoes out, the petrosal very disrespectful.
Hermelinda, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

I was swapped out of my initial room due to the door being off the hinges, my new room was dirty the microwave had food from previous guest bed covers were dingy and itchy I am unsatisfied with my stay it is a beautiful hotel that needs revamping
Sasha, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Ugh - it was terrible and nothing like the pictures
Jason, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Elevators Down

Certainly didnt ruin the trip, but in the spirit of honesty the elevators were down when we stayed.
Donald, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I got to hotel late with no reservation coming from 3 hours away since my daughter at nearby hospital. Please acknowledge the man who took care and checked me in. He was so kind, comforting. Made it easier for Me. Ended up staying 3 nights and all was good.
Cynthia, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful lobby and beautiful rooms however the facility could use a little more light and definitely some upgrade to the carpet throughout and televisions that are not difficult to operate.
