Check in was poor. Bad communication and manager was so rude!
The chap at reception (who couldn't speak English at all) had to call the manager as me and my husband had been allocated a twin bed room (2 single beds). The Print House had confirmed by email a double bed room on the third floor back on 23rd June 2024.
The manager was argumentative and eventually agreed to give a different room the day after. This was only when a picture message from my phone was sent to him as proof.
No room was given the next day.
Just based of the service and tone of the manager. I would not stay here again!
