Avoid this hotel. The room and bedding were unclean, and I became itchy after touching the bed. Staff were rude when I raised my concerns. I also had concerns about the hotel making and retaining a copy of my passport. I took photos and videos as evidence and had to find alternative accommodation.

Very small from start till 2nd nigjt tv was not working one staff mabaged to add 1 chanell pius u tube very nosry loud talking all nigjt first night was not very happy at all.

Stayed for one night and was perfectly functional for a one night stay. I stayed in a more budget room (105) and the downstairs did have a damp smell but nothing too bad. It was during a heatwave and I can’t speak highly enough of the aircon as i had a better sleep than I’ve had at home for awhile. The bed was ok, a little hard but as I say slept well. Had to go 2 floors up for a shower (through reception) which isn’t ideal but just a downside of the budget room. The shower was cold and couldn’t work out the controls but that may have just been me, the cold shower was very welcome that day anyway. I would reccomend for solo travellers doing a one night stay, probably not for family trips. The staff were really friendly.

Absolutely awful . Avoid at all costs . Details of property are all incorrect. There is no parking can not access on a Saturday as there is a market on . Staff very rude and unhelpful. I Would not even let my dog stay here it’s awful very dissatisfied asked for refund as was that bad and couldn’t stay there to be told no . Just after your money awful definitely avoid at all costs

Wicked spot...

Just had the most amazing stay at city view. Everyone was very friendly. It was quite lively at times. The shower was hot, the beds were comfy the TV worked. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot. Would definitely stay again.

I read the reviews posted by others and started to regret my choice of booking even before I arrived. However, the hotel and my room were fine and I don't share the views expressed by other reviewers. My room had a refrigerator and ensuite facilities and a kettle (but no teabags or cups) I enjoyed a couple of good night's sleep. I was never asked to leave my key at reception every time I went out as suggested by other reviewers. There was a sign saying that there was a £50 charge for lost keys- I don't have a problem with that. The room had free Wi-Fi and I felt safe in the surrounding area. I'd happily book again. My only reservation is their no refunds policy. This can be off-putting if you are wanting to be flexible about how long you are staying.

Friendly staff. Decent location. Only 1 mile from Olympic Stadium. Basic room but good value. On street parking free after 5.30pm to 8:30am. The rooms were extremely warm.

The price reflects the standard.

This was a cheap hotel for London and the standard of accomodation reflects the pricing. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet enough. The bathroom pod was very small. There was a heat wave so it was very hot. There was a fan and we could open the windows on our second floor room. The area was ok and had some lovely cafes and pubs.
