I stayed at the hotel on a very hot day and there was no air conditioning. I was on the third floor and there was no lift. The front desk attendant helped me carry my luggage to the room.

The hotel smelt damp and musty, the staircases and corridors stunk of cigarette smoke and the room itself was covered in dust. We were unable to use the shower after our long journey as the cubicle was all cracked and dirty. We couldn't put the fan on, despite the heat, as the fan was coated in thick dust. The headboard was also covered in thick dust. We only left our bags in the room whilst we attend our event and left straight after as the room was literally a hovel

Reception man was very helpful. Rooms were disgusting and very small booked a three bed room didn’t get one only a double and a single.bathroom walls were mouldy, had to hold on to tap so handle didn’t fall off when lifted to release water out. The handle came off in my hand when tried to close the window. Breakfast, one table only, which was uncleared when we came down, open flora tub on table. We were just given a sheet of laminated paper with a few items on and lady just said “speak” we just had cornflakes (with hot milk ????) terrible, a cup of tea and slightly toasted bread. Misleading with saying on street parking, outside it was only free from 10pm to 6 am other times only 30 minutes allowed to park there. We were only booked in for a one night stay thank goodness. Would not recommend this hotel.
