I have stayed at the Columbia before so I already knew how wonderful the hotel and staff were. The staff is wonderful and accommodating and the room was nice. I would and have recommended to others to use the Columbia for their next visit

Hotellet var OK til prisen. Morgenmad lidt kedelig og kaffen virkelig dårlig. Selve hotellet var super charmerende og lå godt i forhold til offentlige transport. Kunne godt bruge lidt mere information omkring området fra personalet.

Helpful and courteous staff allowed us very early check-in because a room was available - much appreciated after a red-eye flight. Hotel room was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. The location next to Hyde park is wonderful. It's about a 10 minute walk to the closest Tube station, and about 15 minutes walk from Paddington Station. I didn't use use the dining room or any other amenities so have no comments there.
