This Ibis Styles is very good, the rooms are big, the pool is good and best of all is the rooftop bar and restaurant.
The decoration is funky and interesting
I will definitely stay again

1. The refrigerator in the room remained non-functional even after it was reported.
2. Only one access card was provided, which was inconvenient when I needed to leave the room alone. Without an access card, it's impossible to access the floor unless someone else assists.
3. The breakfast spread was average. Some main dishes were overly salty, and the drinks were excessively sweet.
4. On Sunday, was the most crowded during breakfast. Despite the lack of available seating, hotel guests were not allowed to sit in the exterior areas of the restaurant. Several people, including us, had to wait for seats to become available.
That said, the hotel staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay enjoyable, which we truly appreciated.

I like the rooms which is spacious and neat with a nice spread of breakfast.
But the staff are not trained to handle customers and during check in was talking and not attending to checking in guest.

The room was comfortable. Staff was polite and friendly as well. The hotel even provides shuttle service to Mall Nagoya Hill and Grand Mall Batam 3 times daily.
Overall, satisfied.

The staffs are not flexible in some areas of service and not check the status of the Accor member and offer benefits for ALL members.
Also they do not have strong command of English so can have miscommunications quite often.
Service staffs were also not eagerly rushing and took about 20min to pour orange juice into takeaway cups.
