Étant un ancien client de cette établissement je peux comparer sur plusieurs année les animateurs nul aucune politesse au niveau du personnel en général j ai trouver tout en dessous du standard ou j était habitué les serveurs a part un qu’il m’a reconnu les femme de ménage c pareil mon fils a fait tomber un verre de pepsi elle était juste derrière et elle a pas bouger a la pizza sa discute bcp et il y a beaucoup d attentes j ai pas aimer aussi au niveau des désert il te jette sa dans l assiette comme si tu l embête le Personel en dessous en général femme de ménage rien a dire sinon le reste vraiment en dessous à revoir

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well organised and clean. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well looked after. I will definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Pas de qualité de service j etais plusieurs fois avant s etais beaucoup mieux . Je suis venu a 13h j ai resté en attente jusqu'à 26h avec une file d attente tres long , pas comme avant tu peu recuperer le bracelet pas comme mnt tu reste bloqué niveau reception , il faut voir leur politique

food was terrible. drinks just as bad. pool was closed when we arrived for maintenance. caught one of the security guards looking into our bedroom one afternoon as i was getting changed.. my fault for not closing curtains fully.

Hotel needs updating stupid all inclusive rules only 1 drink per person after 11pm drinks were disgusting food was not great. Some staff were not helpful wimen cleaning floors in eating area nearly tripping people up even when the floors were not even dirty. Fish served raw uncooked totally unacceptable no water provided in the rooms coffee machines always running out and staff not really bothered about refilling.shuttle bus only free 2 times in the day. Waterpark on some days turned off slides early. I could go on forever but i wont..will never ever stay in this hotel again even if i was offered a free weeks stay..

Room was clean, the dishes and cups often had dirty ones. Food was quite bland, pretty much the same every day. There were 1-2 good items every day. What really gets me are the condition of the cups - dirty and beaten up. That being said for the price it was, we expected shortcomings. Most importantly there is not food available all the time. You have to follow their meal schedules which can be challenging with little kids. The upkeep of the overall property is not great. They only take reservation do the restaurant in a 2 hour time window. We won’t return

Chambre propre. Buffet très variés on y mange bien , seul soucis de navette hôtel au centre ville , entre attendre pour réserver sa place , et le payement de la majorité. Un seul chrono gratuit…. Mais bon ça se comprend. Un Bonjour au chef cuisinier, et à HANAA Au bar . Par contre à la réception, un personnel Archi nulle en tout les sens. Surtout les FEMMES . très Désagréable à l’arrivée et pires au départ.

Great hotel, very clean complex, food was excellent for an all inclusive buffet, aircon good in rooms, pool excellent, recommended. Only negative was staff who were quite unwelcoming at times. Bar staff were exceptionally rude making it hard to get alcoholic drinks at times from the all inclusive bars

A great, family friendly hotel. The food was amazing, there’s lots of variety for the more pickier eaters too. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the resort was well kept, there is probably areas that could do with modernisation, but very minor in the overall experience. The entertainment and effort of the animation team was also good, very much catered to younger children though, with the last hour being more for the older children/ adults. The only thing that knocked off a star, was the that alcoholic drink options weren’t the best. All in all, we had a lovely time and felt very safe and would definitely stay there again. The onsite aqua park was great fun too :)

My experience in this so called, “4 star” hotel was horrible from start to finish. There literally isn’t anything good to say about it all. What was meant to be a relaxing break, was just an unenjoyable experience as a whole. The check-in begins at 3:00 PM, which is fine as it’s the hotel policy. However, there was absolutely no hospitality while waiting nearly three hours to check in. No refreshments were offered — not even a glass of water — and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping guests. The food was bland and dry. Chicken and beef/lamb was always overcooked and barely had any flavours. As for entertainment, there’s a YouTube video playing on a big screen. Out of the 7 days I was here, there were people on the stage entertaining once. It’s laughable for a 4 star hotel to have a video playing on a big screen. The shower stopped working during our stay, and when we reported it, reception said many guests had the same issue and they were “looking into it.” For a supposed four-star hotel, having no running water is unacceptable. The room itself was very dated the television was tiny, the furniture looked old, and even the toilet roll holder was broken. There were no complimentary water bottles in the mini-fridge either so be prepared to stock that yourself. Also, there are no irons in the hotel and you have to pay to have a kettle. The service, facilities, and general upkeep of the hotel fall well below four-star standard
