It doesn't feel like you are in São Paulo. You are surrounded by nature and a beautiful park. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Excellent pool and gym. Super spacious and clean rooms and the best Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges is located on the main floor. Please make sure to reserve this restaurant a month in advance. It's worth every penny!

I can’t believe there is an oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle of São Paulo. Unbelievable beautiful, the hotel is just amazing, clean, the amenities are great! The food is amazing, the SPA was perfect and the people!!!! Ahhh the people here are the best! I will come back every time I am visiting São Paulo.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Will absolutely stay again. Spa services were good for my partner. We had one issue at check in with one staff member due to a credit card issue but that person was not representative of the overall staff. Very friendly staff and got to know you during stay to provide great service
