Incredible value for money and we had efficient and timely customer service. In addition, when we needed help with a pharmacy purchase, the front desk was immediately on it and helped us have it resolved in 15 minutes. The breakfast had a good variety and great tapioca. Amei cada segundo. Super recomendo. (deixou a desejar a limpeza das janelas e portas de vidro. Poderiam ser limpas com mais frequência para melhor apreciação da vista quando fechadas).

Nos hospedamos no Hotel Praia do Sol em família — eu, meu esposo e nossas duas filhas pequenas — e tivemos uma experiência bastante agradável. O ambiente é seguro e acolhedor, ideal para quem viaja com crianças. O espaço infantil tem vista privilegiada para o mar, mas conta com uma cerca de proteção que garante a tranquilidade dos pais ao impedir o acesso direto à praia. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, embora o ar-condicionado fique direcionado para uma cama específica, o que pode exigir alguma adaptação. A localização é prática, próxima ao aeroporto, e de alguns pontos do hotel conseguimos até acompanhar o pouso das aeronaves, o que foi um atrativo à parte para as crianças! Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro que não estava esquentando, mas a equipe foi extremamente ágil e solícita em resolver o contratempo. Logo na chegada, fomos recepcionados com um toque especial: chocolate local e suco detox, um mimo muito bem-vindo! O time de recreação infantil é excelente, conduzindo atividades com muito carinho e energia. A área da piscina também agrada bastante, com direito a um pequeno toboágua que faz sucesso entre os pequenos. Um destaque especial para o atendimento do garçom Gilmar, sempre atencioso, gentil e eficiente. Nota dez! Recomendo para famílias que buscam conforto, segurança e bons momentos à beira-mar.

The people working there are very nice! The place is average and I only stayed one night on my way to another city. I would not chose this hotel to stay for a vacation. The area is horrible and not that nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for one night. I didn’t like the food either!!! I give five stars to all the members of staff, they are very friendly and if it wasn’t for them I’d rate this place even lower!!!
