The hotel has spacious rooms and decent architecture, but the management is a disaster. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the worn-out furniture in the lobby and the broken chairs at the reception. The bathroom was dirty, with mold on the tiles. The sheets and pillows were so old, faded, and worn that I couldn’t even sleep under them — I laid my jacket on top of the bed and slept on it. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff spent their time chatting and laughing at a table, completely ignoring the guests. No one spoke English. The elevator was out of service, and I had to carry my luggage up six floors. This hotel might have potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t even deserve one star. It urgently needs serious, competent management.

Hotellage ist nicht gut sehr steile Straßen im zimmer alle einrichtungen Regalen kaputt Bad Whirlpool usw. schimmel und Zigaretten brennungen .Mir hats nicht gefallen für den Preis hätte was besseres erwartet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Well I don't know where to begin, but, this was the absolute worst room I have seen anywhere. The bed was hard, the room was dirty, I stayed up all night freaked out! The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes.

We had called and informed the hotel that we are checking in late. After we checked in, the WiFi was not working. Called the reception who sent a bellboy. The router on the 2nd floor was hanging from the ceiling and could fall on anyone walking in the passage. He tried several attempts but WiFi didn't connect after waiting for 30 minutes. Then he sent the receptionist who started giving reason such as his phone is connecting to the WiFi so it is problem with my phone. I stayed in two other hotels in Istanbul and had no problems with it. I told him if it is problem with my phone then why is my laptop also not connecting? But he didn't have any answer kept saying my phone has a problem. I had a morning flight to catch and it was already midnight so didn't want to argue with him. Also the bathroom was smelling of some animal maybe rats living in the air vents.

So jetzt muss ich nochmal bewerten, weil meine erste Bewertung nicht freigegeben wurde :( die Hotelanlage ist dreckig, schmuddelig und bei Reklamationen wird man nicht ernst genommen. Es interessiert einfach niemanden. Die Bettwäsche sind schmutzig und nach wechseln immer noch schmutzig. Es roch ziemlich modrig. Das Bad ist voll mit Schimmel und ein Fenster ist nicht vorhanden, die Lüftung kaputt. Im Zimmer hatten wir ein Fenster aber gegenüber war ein Imbiss, somit war lüften nicht möglich :( eine Mosche ist auch direkt daneben. Im Hotel waren überwiegend Araber und Iraker. Die Wände waren sehr dünn, man konnte den Nachbarn hören, egal ob in der Dusche oder im Bett. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hin reisen.

yukarıdaki tarihlerdeki rezarvasyon için benden 858.TL lik bir fatura bedeli talep edilmesine rağmen Hesabımdan ; 884 TL gibi 26 TL lik fazla bir ücret tahsil edilmiştir.Bu hususta birkaç kez yazmış olmama rağmen mailime kimse cevap verme nezaketinde bulunmamıştır. Ayrıca Odada konaklayan yeni Ameliyat geçirmiş misafir bir Hasta varken Mermerci ustaları gelip Banyo eşiğini değiştirmişlerdir. Banyo havluları deseniz bir ucube.Pis ve lekeli.Havluları oda görevlilerine gösterek değiştirmelerini rica ettim.Değiştirdiler tabiki ama gerekçe olarak Çamaşır makinalarının bir süredir bozuk olduğunu o nedenle böyle olduğu mazeretini gösterdiler. Soruyorum simdi sizlere , 4 yıldızlı bir otelde küflü Banyo havluları misafirlere sunmaları normal bir uygulamamıdır ?. Odada dinlendiğimiz esnadaki tamirat çalısmalarından ve pis havlularından kahvaltıdakı yanık kömür gibi böreklerinden kesinlikle memnun kalmadığım otel ücretini bana iade etmenizi sizlerden rica ediyorum, Bu mailimede gerekli süre icersinde cevap vermez iseniz,Konaklama süresi icersinde Banyoda yapılan tadilat ,Tamirat çalısmaları,Küflü havlular ve konaklayan misafirlerine kahvaltıda servis ettikleri yanık Poğaça veya Kurabilyelerin Videolari ile gerekli mercilere müracaat edip hakkımı arayacağımı bilgilerinize sunarım. Stay away!

While making the reservation, i arranged economy double room and which was not the same what was offered. The funny part is 3 times they say "if a room gets empty we could get this" although i saw lots of families checked out after check-in time. The cleanliness was terrible, we found lots of hair inside the room.
