Rooms are a little old but very clean , the staff are wonderful . The breakfast setup is very good! The food you order from the hotel is ridiculously expensive . The hotel lacks simple things in the room like coffee maker and ironing board ! Overall ill give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Decent city hotel with nice pool

The hotel is fine, in good shape. The room was rather small and strangely designed: a long tray on the wall instead of a table that was not wide enough to place a laptop work. Only on the wide windowsill I could place it to at least charge it... Even for the cheap coffee capsules they wanted to charge. At the beginning we had three hand towels in the room, but after every cleaning one disappeared without getting replaced, so in the end we had none. Rather keep the dirty towel in the room instead of washing but not replacing it... Gym was very limited with old machines. The only weight machine was broken... The nicest thing in this hotel is definitely the long pool. Breakfast was ok too, although I bit limited (no fresh juices, few fruits). Checkin was very slow, the online checkin the offer is impossible to fill when not being Brazilian as they only accept Brazilian CPF and zip. Absurd.

Banheiro estava com o box do banheiro escorregando como se tivesse gordura e não tivesse sido limpo. Só tinha um papel no banheiro. A televisão não pegava os canais. Reclamamos e o máximo que fizeram foi sugerir outro apt do mesmo jeito. Café da manhã com poucas opções, não tinha omelete, tapioca etc e cuscuz tava péssimo. Café coado péssimo. Inabilidade gerencial dos funcionários da recepção. Não indico.
