Parking facilities is good.

The cabin is spacious with a big kitchen. (Oven is in the common kitchen which takes 1 min walk) The inverted air con is definitely a must in every hotel, motel and cabin. The washroom and bathroom are clean and tidy. Water pressure is stable and hot enough. The environment around the cabin is great. Many little animals walk around yet very quiet. The security is perfect with two door locks. Enough parking space for one car. It takes 10-20 minutes to drive to Penguin Parade.

员工的态度很好，到小镇很方便，开车到企鹅岛还比较近，晚上看完企鹅归巢回酒店也不会太远。附近有个海滩早上去走走也是不错的！

Everyone on reception was very helpful and friendly. My cabin was very clean and looked newly decorated. It was very quiet especially at night. The showers and loos were very clean. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutles across the water (great views from the bridge) to San Remo which has a supermarket. The bus stop is right next to the holiday park. This is a great place to stay and so relaxing. Thanks Ingenia Phillip Island!

The Cabins were well setup, very clean and organised, the surrounds were well kept, excellent location. Being a Big-4 member for many years also helped to classify this park as being one of the best.

Cabin was comfortable and very clean. The cabin we got was more dated, but they have newer ones at the back. Our cabin was located right across the road from campers and the road is quite narrow. Wasn't a problem for us and neighbours were lovely and quiet. The holiday park had live music on the Fri night that we arrived which was lovely. 1 min walk to the beach and located very conveniently right after you get off the bridge on Philip Island.
