If there have water heater or micro-wave for public use will be nice. The cafeteria at the lobby should have the order number or mark the customers name or somthing. When we bought the breakfast there, they give our orders to other customers and we found that problem after 30 minutes. After we reflect to the staffs they said the meals we want was out of stock, that we have to get other kind of meals. Althought the replace-meals taste good but the moods were not pretty for that day.

Slow internet, lack of service- we are out of coffee 5 minutes after we get it. Food options at the onsite dining were TERRIBLE and very unhealthy. If you are so concerned about the environment, why not care about the quality of food you serve the people in it!!!

La situation géographique est parfaite. La cabane est agréable et confortable. En revanche, le chauffage marche en position On ou Off! Impossible de le laisser en marche, car la pièce devient une fournaise, et éteint il fait terriblement froid! Inadmissible pour une cabane à 400€ la nuit…

The room was located in the first building behind the main lodge, Washburn. The location was good and there was plenty of free parking. The beds were comfortable, though on the extra firm side, and the room was quiet. There was heat but no air conditioning. We frequently opened the windows for cool, fresh air. The was no TV, not more than 2 bars of cell service and their wifi was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. There was a very small lobby area downstairs to gather if you were traveling with a larger group. Their trash cans allowed you to sort recycleables in your room, and there was a larger area downstairs to sort trash. There was an ice machine downstairs and a fountain for filling water bottles. The bathroom was adequate and the sink in the room was separate from the shower/toilet. There was a coffee maker and actual glass cups made from recycled wine bottles and ceramic coffee cups. No plastic. No microwave. We stayed a week here. The food options were terrible and the location to travel to better choices was more than one hour driving each way. The best thing we found to eat was the Mediterranean appetizer from the nearby bar. The bar area had good drinks and service. The waiters were friendly. At the time we were there, the resort had only been open a few days for the start of the season and not everything was fully opened yet. All the staff were still being trained. I thought for the price they should have had better amenities.
