Great beach. Clean rooms and common areas. Good food. Friendly staff. Overall we had a wonderful time. Things to improve- 1. Access road to the hotel is really bad. 2. All dishes should be named and allergies taken seriously. 3. A table and chair would be useful in the rooms. 4. Gym is very basic. 5. Activities like exercise sessions in the pool, beach yoga, cooking demos will further enhance the value of the Hotel.

Bel hôtel dans un cadre agréable mais plage moyenn

L’hôtel est bien entretenu et niché dans une belle végétation, ce qui rend le cadre très agréable. Le buffet est de bonne qualité et le personnel, toujours souriant, contribue à rendre le séjour plaisant. (Merci particulier à Salomé et Venson, ainsi que le porteur de bagages) En revanche, la plage n’est pas exceptionnelle, difficile de s’y baigner durant notre séjour, les cocktails sont très moyens et le massage au spa a été le moins satisfaisant de mes expériences à Zanzibar. Il manquait fréquemment des serviettes de bain dans la chambre, et celles-ci, tout comme les serviettes de plage, mériteraient d’être remplacées. Nous avons également remarqué que des verres et de la vaisselle pouvaient parfois rester plusieurs jours à l’extérieur sans être ramassés. Malgré ces points, l’ensemble reste agréable et le séjour très satisfaisant.

Alot of thought has gone into the different little expierances you can have, in areas you can choose to relax. Food and drinks were great! We were up-graded to a amaising luxury villa! Our butler Ramson was very attentive and thoughtful. He really went the extra mile staying up and helping us with our cases at 12.30am and helping with our taxi. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you...

Wir hatten eine absolut wundervolle Zeit in der Honeymoon Villa (Danke für das Upgrade) und sind wirklich glücklich, dass wir diesen Ort für unseren besonderen Urlaub gewählt haben. Die Villa war atemberaubend – wunderschön eingerichtet und bot den perfekten Rückzugsort, um unsere Ferien in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man konnte deutlich spüren, dass ihnen wirklich daran gelegen ist, unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Unser Butler Ramson war besonders herausragend – er hat jeden unserer Wünsche vorhergesehen und alles getan, um uns verwöhnt und umsorgt zu fühlen. Seine Professionalität und Herzlichkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt noch spezieller gemacht und unvergessliche Momente geschaffen, die wir für immer in Erinnerung behalten werden. Außerdem war das Essen einfach großartig! Die Küche war erstklassig, die Gerichte waren köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Dieses Erlebnis hat unsere Ferien wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht. Wir sind dankbar für die schönen Erinnerungen, die wir geschaffen haben, und können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen luxuriösen und herzlichen Aufenthalt sucht. They were wonderful and very accommodating to any changes we needed! Loved the spa and pool area. The staff and services were also 10/10! The beach was still under construction but there were many day trips we had booked that brought us to other beaches on the island. I would love to stay here again in the future!

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were lovely. We were on all inclusive, but they did not have all the drinks available as per the menu. This should have been available regardless of the season.

Paradiso terrestre (quando la mare è alta)

Posto incantevole. Tenuto benissimo. Strada super dissestata per arrivarci, diciamo non in linea con un 5 stelle. Personale super gentile e cortese. Fanno del loro meglio. Migliorerei gli eventi serali. Quantomeno ne garantirei almeno uno al giorno. Consiglio vivamente. Attenzione. Impossibile fare il baglio la mattina a casina della bassa marea.

My stay was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating! I had a 24 hour butler names Ramadhan, he was THEE BEST! Only downside is that the resort is pretty remote from restaurants, shops, etc so you will have to take a taxi or possibly rent a car. But i would definitely come back!

The resort is lovely, staff are all wonderful. The resort is secluded, nice and private. Very quiet, lovely area. The staff are extremely nice and attentive. The resort food was delicious; the gift shop very nice. The pool was very refreshing while the beach was breezy and so comfortable to nap on. I also loved seeing the Masai walking around the property, they were nice and more than happy to take pictures with. I will definitely recommend and return to the resort in the future!

Wonderful stay, wonderful people.

We had amazing 9 days staying in the Fruit & Spice Well nes Resort. Hotel is very nicely located and is neighbouring beautiful sandy beach. We had stayed in Superior Junior Suite for the first 5 days and each of them has adjacent small sandy area with sunbeds, umbrella and amazing ocean view (rocky shore so you cannot enter the sea). As there were only 4 sunbeds most of the time it was like a private area only for our couple. The food at restaurant was delicious and the choice would satify most people both for breakfast and dinner. There were bars at the lobby, at the pool and on the beach providing soft and alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices. The staff was very kind, friendly (reception, restaurants, pool, all) very responsive and helpful (not offensive). I would like to especially mention Ramson our jungle villa buttler (second part of our stay was in jungle villa) who was absolutely exceptional, proactively helping us with anything we needed, but at the same time respecting our privacy. Thank you Ramson! Sumarizing we loved our stay. One thing we would recommend to the management is to ensure that access to the sea from jungle villas is reconstructed ASAP.

Great stay

We stayed in a jungle villa for a few nights and had a very nice stay. Staff is very friendly, food is very tasty and room was always very clean. Ramso was at our service and he did an amazing job, he was so heartwarming and proactive, regularly asking us how we are and if we need something, asante sana! All communication was done via Whatsapp. Be aware that in the jungle villa, the animals surrounding can be loud in the night! The last patch of road to the hotel is not paved but that is a minor thing. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an ATM and the front desk was unable to hand out cash that we wanted for the last 2 days as we ran out...

An absolutely magical stay in one of the Deluxe double rooms. The area is so quiet and the beach is an absolute gorgeous uxury with plenty of loungers, beach bar, and so many pockets across the resort to relax. Made full use of the facilities and 24 hour gym, evening entertainments and boat trips nearby. The room was always so well cleaned both in the morning, and tidied for turn downs, and plenty of variety in the restaurant with options for both more traditional foods and continental. We had the all inclusive package and were fully satisfied at all times! There were power cuts or water cuts most days which was frustrating but regional and we experienced the same at another hotel on the island too. However what put this out of our minds was the quality of service and the staff. There was an undeniably positive attitude and we were always being attended to with great care. For my friends birthday they made a special cake and decorated our table and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued!

Lugar maravilhoso para descansar

É lugar para descansar em Zanzibar, Tem uma paz maravilhosa o lugar. A alimentação no restaurante principal é execelente no jantar. O atendimento de todos é impecavel. De fato não ha telefone nos quartos para ligar na recpção, porem como ficamos em uma vila com mordomo isso nao foi um problema.
