Room was clean. However, there was no self serve laundry. Except a person must use the laundry service provided by the hotel with extra costs. No available shuttle service to & from the hotel to the Macao border. Some staff in the lobby was not knowledgeable about certain tourist attractions & would not know where to take a shuttle to the other hotels. The cost of food & drinks was pricey. Overall, it was alright otherwise.
