I thought I would get a room with pool in my casita like pictured but I got a room with a pool with no privacy. Right in front is the chairs for the guest and the next public pool. My room was also infested with these tiny bugs on the counters crawling through my toiletry bag as well as bugs on the floors. The AC also had this weird smell so everyday ii just wanted to get out my room. Sucks I spent this much money for a casita. Also non of the inclusive meals are that great, tastes frozen and I wouldn't come back. The views, property and the staff is very friendly though!

Overall, we cannot say enough about the service and about how cordial every member of the staff was. There was one exception where one of the hostesses at a restaurant was not very willing to help accommodate one extra person over what the reservation showed (there was plenty of room), but I really want to think that maybe she had had a bad day. I recommend going during off-season, as you will really enjoy it and never have to worry about finding room at pools, or waiting a long time for a table, etc. Again, highly recommended.

3rd time visiting and nothing has changed on the hotel same decor tables chairs they have not done anything to improve. Staff at the pool were not grateful or helpful waited over one hour and had to wave someone down in order to get a drink

Our stay at Marquis Los Cabos was truly unforgettable, not only because of the beautiful property and breathtaking ocean views, but because of the incredible staff who made every moment special.
The entertainment team deserves a huge shoutout — Jared (a.k.a. “Sexy Jared”) and Monse were absolutely outstanding. Their poolside activities and evening entertainment kept the perfect balance of fun and energy, and they made everyone feel welcome and included.
The dining and service staff also went above and beyond. Joshua and Adalberto provided excellent wait service with attention to every detail, while Maricruz kept us refreshed with poolside drinks and a smile every time.
A special thank you to Adrianna, who greeted us by name every single morning at breakfast. That personal touch truly did not go unnoticed and made us feel so valued as guests.
It’s the people at Marquis Los Cabos who set this resort apart. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were not only comfortable but genuinely having a good time. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return — thanks to the team who made our experience so special.
