Excellent location. Room was comfortable and clean. The gym was well equipped and the laundry lounge room was excellent ! I also enjoyed the massage at Hanoi underneath the hotel - you get a 20% discount if you show your hotel key (you have to pay with cash, though).

The children were also happy in the very large room. Also, I want to stay here when I come to Korea. However, the water in the shower was bad, so I hope it will be improved.

Once I checked in and realized that the room was not up to my expectation, I tried to cancel the remaing stay, but the hotel did not allow my cancellation.
