I chose this hotel for its convenient parking while attending the Taylor Swift concert, but the experience was beyond ridiculous. When I tried to check in, the front desk handed me a room key—only for me to open the door and find that the room was already occupied by two other travelers. My friend and I were completely shocked.
We immediately went back to the front desk, only to be told that the standard room with two beds, which I had confirmed, was no longer available—the only option left was a Queen-size bed. This was completely unacceptable, as my friend (a female companion) and I are just friends. To make matters worse, the room had an unpleasant smell, adding to the overall nightmare of this stay.
There was no explanation, no apology, and certainly no compensation for this absolute mess. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unbelievable.
