Desde la administración no te hacen sentir cómodo.

En mi experiencia en hoteles en Q. Roo. Nunca me habían solicitado un depósito como garantía, de igual forma había podido permanecer en las instalaciones una vez que entregada mi habitación en tiempo y forma y poder comer tranquilo (menos aquí), y muy poca opción de comida para niños. El internet MUY MALO, el servicio de alimentos a la carta lento y las bebidas muy malas, ningún cocktail me terminé.

Dive excursion

This hotel is consistently clean with helpful, friendly staff. The outdoor pool is huge! It’s close enough to walk in to town or a short cab ride. Nice to get picked up for diving I. The dock and breakfast starts at 7 to allow you time to grab some food if you want before diving.

Muy incluyente

El servicio es increíble, simplemente por la atención que tiene el personal a los huéspedes, volvería a escoger ese hotel. Las instalaciones son viejas, pero están muy bien cuidadas y el lugar está limpio. La comida no es su fuerte, tienen poca variedad en fruta y verdura fresca. El filete de pescado parecía tilapia de criadero. El ambiente es muy familiar y agradable, solamente una noche tenían el volumen muy fuerte algunos huéspedes en la alberca a las 10:30 P.M. Las instalaciones para personas con discapacidad son muy buenas, además me ayudaron, bajando las barras de Soporte a la altura universal, para que pudiera yo utilizarlas con facilidad y trasladarme de mi silla al escusado. Me ayudaron a ingresar al mar, mientras estuve ahí estuvieron muy pendientes de mí los salvavidas. Creo que pocas veces he dicho: “recomiendo muchísimo este hotel”

The people working was fine. The entertainment staff were absolutely wonderful and to them I give 5 stars. The establishment itself is mediocre. The fruit in the morning was old and most often tasted fermented. The coffee is served cold. My milk to the coffee had maggots in it, I wanted to leave so bad after that. I inspected everything I ate after and bought parasite medicine when I left, just in case. The breakfast selection was always an eggs and toast, aside from that breakfast consisted of dinner meals like spaghetti, chicken, or rice&beans. There weren’t many options for food. For Mexican night they offered tacos both times, Mexico has so much more to offer than tacos. I also paid for pool side view and got street view with a little glimpse of ocean. Also, if you are planning on swimming, think again. The beach sucks, there is no sand, it’s rock and seaweed, it smelled, and it’s meant for divers not swimmers. If you want to go to a beach you have to pay 25.00 USD. Again, the entertainment team was amazing.

Buenas instalaciones, no había restaurantes pero la comida del buffet está súper rica (en cuanto a cena) les hizo falta más variedad de comida en desayuno y almuerzo, lamentablemente el servicio de desayuno no es muy bueno, por ser mexicanos no nos hacían mucho caso. El chef Jainer en la cena nos ayudó muchísimo, también yesina de animación, Gustavo el bar tender, Luisa hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable, definitivamente volvería

The rooms do not have WiFi very disappointing and was told only the lobby has which is pointless. The food is very basic not many options and then what’s there not doesn’t taste so good. The place is boring full of elderly people. I don’t recommend unless ur are retired of you don’t like fun. The hotel doesn’t have a beach and the little swimming area full of seaweed and big rocks. If wanting to go to beach you need to pay which is annoying. I don’t recommend for people 40 and under. The drinks are not good very basic n watery. Over all 3/10.

We just spent a week over Fourth of July and had a wonderful time! The staff was beyond amazing. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the property was very well put together. Super fun entertainment for both adults and kids. The food is what she would expect from an all-inclusive very simple and good. We had our five-year-old and eight-year-old boys with us and they were very sad to leave at the end of the week and asked if we could just live there lol mind you we live in Southern California where the weather is always pretty perfect and they still rather be in Cozumel 😂 Overall, a wonderful getaway, and we look forward to making it an annual trip!
