Muy buen hotel todo incluido y con acceso directo a la playa. El equipo de animación fue excelente, siempre amable, divertido y con muchas actividades para disfrutar durante el día. También organizan espectáculos especiales que hacen las noches muy entretenidas. La comida estuvo muy rica y había buenas opciones para elegir. En general, tuvimos una experiencia excelente y definitivamente lo recomendaríamos para unas vacaciones en Cozumel.

This place has gone hill really fast. There are no more buffets and you have the same 4 items to choose from their menus. Bartenders clearly don't want to be there working so drinks are weak. I have stayed in many all inclusive resorts and have never experienced one this poorly operated. We only stayed here because it was close to the dive shop but NOT worth it. Pay the extra 100.00-200.00 USD and head to the resorts down south. The good thing is that the cleaning ladies are fabulous along with the lady that takes your orders at the snack shop by the pool.

A pesar de que se ve que el hotel tiene sus años, muy limpio y excelentes condiciones la gente muy atentos y amables. La comida es rica, alberca limpia, jacuzzi excelente y las chicas animadoras que estan con los niños dan todo por entretener. Lo unico malo es que no tiene playa, la caleta esta muy bien... y hay una playita cerca eso ayuda.

Hermoso hotel! Hermoso hacer snorkel en ese lugar!! Nos encantó pensamos volver y bucear. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoren es que las habitaciones no tenían wifi y es necesario. Por lo demás perfecto, ambiente tranquilo y familiar.
