Wonderful Hotel Experience in Fethiye!

We had a long and issue fraught day of travelling from Athens (via Rhodes) and got off of the ferry feeling exhausted and disheartened. What a lovely surprise to be directed to this hotel by a fellow at the terminal. The desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a bit of a view of the harbour from our balcony. The shower was excellent. The free breakfast, served on the 5th floor was lovely and the view, nothing short of breathtaking. All of this at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend it!

Smelly rooms/bad beds

Pictures can be deceiving. I believe another reviewerer mentioned strong smell of smoking and ridiculously saggy mattresses that might be at least 20 years old. I finally convinced them to let me change and ended up in a room with faulty heating and disgustingly stained couch. Glad I didn't pay for a so-called luxury room because that is what this was. I left in the morning. The breakfast was good as others mentioned and as it was 2 degrees c there was no street noise. Overpriced for sure.

Disappointing stay

I and my family recently had a two-night stay at the Infinity City Hotel in Fethiye, Turkey, and unfortunately, it was far from impressive. The first and foremost issue was the lack of parking facilities. There was no parking available on-site, nor were there instructions provided at the time of booking on where to park nearby. This proved to be a significant inconvenience. The noise levels were another major concern. The hotel's soundproofing was simply inadequate, with noise from the street and other guests disrupting my sleep on both nights. An upgrade to the quality of their windows could certainly help address this issue. The comfort of the rooms was subpar as well. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which, combined with the noise issue, led to a poor night's sleep. The quality of the provided amenities such as soap and shampoo was also very low, which is not what one expects from a hotel in this price range. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly. Given the summer temperatures in Fethiye, the lack of efficient cooling made the room uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Fethiye port was commendable. This could be appealing to those who plan to partake in marine activities or enjoy the sea views. However, overall, I found my stay at the Infinity City Hotel disappointing and wouldn't recommend it without significant improvements to its facilities and services.

Açık büfe kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Oda genişlik ve düzen olarak çok iyi tertemizdi her gün toparlandı. Klima tam olması gereken ayardaydı. Tek sıkıntı otoparkı yok o da dibinde hemen ücretli otopark var fakat fahiş fiyat günlüğü 1400TL. Onun haricinde güzel bir üç gün geçirdim. Teşekkürler.

Orta sinif ve kalitede bir otel. Bana gore en buyuk avantaji marinaya yakin olmasi idi. Sabaha karsi otelin hemen onunde siddetli bir kavga cikti ve kavgaya uyandik. Yarim saate yakin devam etti. Tabii uykumuzun da icine etti bu kavga. Bu anlamda da kotu bir tecrube oldu.

Fethiye'deki bu muhteşem otelde geçirdiğim tatil gerçekten hayal kurduğumdan çok daha güzeldi. Infinity City Fethiye, her detayıyla misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutan, kaliteli hizmet anlayışıyla öne çıkan bir tesis. Sabah kahvaltıları konusunda gerçekten çok etkilendim. Otelin kendi hazırladığı taze ürünler, ev yapımı reçeller, taze pişmiş börekler ve yerel lezzetler kahvaltıda vardı 9 kişilik arkadaş grubuyla gitmiştik hepimiz çok beğendik. Hijyen konusunda da tam puan veriyorum. Odalardan ortak kullanım alanlarına, buzdolaplarından banyo detaylarına kadar her yer tertemizdi. Temizlik ekibinin ne kadar özenli çalıştığını her köşede hissedebiliyorsunuz. Bu dönemde hijyen konusundaki hassasiyet çok önemliydi ve otelin bu konudaki yaklaşımı gerçekten güven vericiydi. Odalar oldukça konforlu ve ferah tasarlanmış. Biz 3 kişi kaldığımız oda gayet genişti, herkesin rahatça hareket edebileceği alan vardı. Arkadaş gruplarıyla seyahat edenlerin çok memnun kalacağını düşünüyorum çünkü 4 kişilik odalar da mevcuttu ve grup konaklama için ideal düzenlemeler yapılmış. Yataklar rahat, klima sistemi mükemmel çalışıyor ve balkondan manzara enfesti. Personel konusunda da çok şanslıyız. Resepsiyondan temizlik görevlilerine kadar herkes inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. öncelikle otelle ilgili en büyük problem eğer aracınızla gidiyorsanız otopark.. çünkü otelin otoparkı yok.. arabayı otelin yakınına park edebileceğiniz bir yerde yok.. çünkü her yer dolu.. biz mesela arabayı 1-1,5 km uzağa park etmek zorunda kaldık.. ve o an tatil burnumuzdan geldi.. kaldığımızın odanın bir manzarası da yoktu mesela.. bir yerin çatı bölümünü görüyordu.. o kısımda beni rahatsız etti.. temizlik kısmına gelince çok temiz bir oteldi.. her gün odamız temizlendi.. kahvaltı da güzeldi .. ev lezzetindeydi olanlar..
