Conveniently located, pleasant and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Bedrooms don't seem to be made up nowadays, coffees etc not replenished so overall a high price for little more than an AirBNB.

Nice hotel inside a shopping mall.

A hotel situated inside a shopping mall is a first for me. Once I had found my way around I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to various shops and cafes. Parking on first floor is limited but plenty of space on the upper floor. Room was bigger than expected with kettle and tea/coffee.

Ihana juuri remontoitu kerros ja ihanasti sisustettu huone. Loistava aamupala ja vallan ihastuttava henkilökunta. Uimassakin tuli käytyä, oli juuri sopiva. Saunaa ei testattu, mutta uskon myös sen olevan hyvä. Tänne tulen toistekin!

Hintava perushotelli

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti, moderni huone. Hotellissa ilmeisesti kahdenlaisia huoneita; vanhoja ja uusia, joista me päästiin onneksi uudempaan. Plussaa tilavasta kylpyhuoneesta, mutta pieni miinus poraamisen äänistä, joita kuului pariin otteeseen sekä lauantaina että sunnuntaina. Aamiainen oli perus hyvä ja sali oli riittävän suuri, eikä tuntunut ruuhkaiselta. Ainoa, mikä vähän epäilyttää on hintalaatusuhde. Lappeessa ei sikäli mitään valittamista, mutta kyllähän liki 170 euroa yöstä on aika suolainen hinta ihan perushotellista :D

Terrible Reception staff

Provided incorrect information regarding breakfast times while checking in which resulted in us missing the breakfast. When we complained to the reception in the morning, they apologised but as soon as we left they started laughing. Terrible attitude of the reception staff - give it a miss if you have other options.
