Everything is awesome!

Nice location,close to the Vatican city and centre of Rome is at walking distance too. Owner's recommendation on local shops and restaurants around the area are great. Perfect for those who do not want to stay at the centre or in too touristy places.

La zona es muy segura, la habitación muy acogedora y el Sr. Stefano es muy amable, nos hizo recomendaciones desde antes de llegar, lo cual nos hizo muy fácil el transporte desde el aeropuerto, además de que nos hizo muchas recomendaciones para conocer Roma. El hotel se encuentra cerca del Vaticano, pero en general puedes llegar caminando a los lugares más emblemáticos de Roma y disfrutar de todo.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Rome. Located very near to the Vatican but in a quiet, calm area. Access to historic centre was very easy too. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and gave us some great suggestions for local food spots. Would 100% recommend this stay.

This property was absolutely perfect! We easily walked to all major attractions in rome. This is a great location. We had the room with the kitchen... was great to cook some late night pasta or chop up a salad. Our room was ready early, and at check in the owners set up our private transport for 3 days later and the driver was even early when the sad day to leave rome happensd. They have great walking maps for the area. Bed linen was bright white and clean. The air conditioner was literally the best cooling we have ever seen outside of the usa. Hot hot water... yes.The neighboorhood was really quiet and safe feeling with 3 nice little groceries within 2 or 3 blocks. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location was great, the room was very comfortable and the AC worked so well which was lovely as we were there when it was quite warm. We stayed here as the final part of our honeymoon around Europe. Stefano was a fantastic host and was so lovely and knowledgeable, we went to 2 out of the 3 restaurants he recommended and they were great! The room had everything that we needed and was close to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Rome.
