I stayed at [North Hilton Houston ] recently, and while the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, there were a couple of issues that really stood out.
First, as soon as we entered our room, there was an unpleasant odor that made the experience less enjoyable. It seemed to be coming from the room itself, which was disappointing considering everything else looked clean.
Second, the breakfast was a huge letdown. My family and I ate there, and unfortunately, we all experienced stomach aches afterward. It was concerning and put a damper on our stay.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues need to be addressed for guests to have a more enjoyable experience.
