Great location but the rooms are now tired

On arrival the hotel looks very impressive and the lobby area is very well kept however it's when you get into the rooms you realise they are a little bit tired now and the first ring we were given a black mould on the ceilings and walls Terry asked to be moved which we were. The best part of my stay was being able to get a room in the evening for 30 minutes to take a shower. My flight was very late and I had a long day at an expo, so I really needed a shower and they did not give me a key to the gym, they gave me a key to a real room where I had space to lay my things out and take a much needed shower.
