This is a great little hotel, love the kitchen, its modern and clean. Very inexpensive.,negatives are no parking, It’s at least a mile to the marina. And a couple miles to the most popular beaches. If you can afford it and are spending your vacation at the beach and bars then you can find a hotel much closer to the beaches. For me I live an hour and a half from Cabo in Los Barriles so I’m going to Cabo for the shopping. Costco etc. so it’s perfect for me. When I did walk around town then down to the Marina. After serveral hours of walking, I’d take an Uber back to the hotel. With tip it was around 10 dollars US COMING FROM MARINA AREA. If you’ve never been to Cabo the boat Marina has an awesome wide walk way that circles this huge marina. You can also catch boats over to the main beaches or a tour of the bay , this is where you can get sunset cruises with drinks. Or swim with the dolphins. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops,

Awesome little property and a great walkable location to everything that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. Only drawbacks are the road noise at night, lack of substantial dishes and cookware, etc., and shower head that is a bit painful lol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach bags, beach, umbrellas, and beach towels all available to borrow free of charge at the front desk. The attached restaurant is awesome with great food and patio area with pool.

This is a gem in San Lucas. Very reasonable daily rate. Food is great especially the breakfast is my favourite they are very generous it’s a big plate and lots of option to choose. The area is loud well Cabo San Lucas is loud anyway whichever hotel you will be staying and we came spring. There’s a lot of spring breakers. The staff are amazing and exceptional. Room is huge there’s a lot of space and I really like the style it’s kind of homie to me. Always comeback with a clean room. Thank you all for all you do Star, Camilla, Luis, Brandon, Alex I may forgot some names here my apology you did great kudos to all! I will still choose Cabo Vista Hotel for our next visit.

Absolutely awesome Hotel. You won't get a better value for hotel in Cabo. Staff is awesome, gave us beach towels and beach umbrella for free, indoor secure parking, spacious room with fridge stove and microwave, table and bar stool. The free breakfast was out of this world. Some of the best meals in Cabo was the breakfast. Probably one of the highlights of the stay. Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from all the main attractions I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you for such a great stay

We loved the self-contained unit we stayed in! The little kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was also drinkable, which was important to us because we don’t like bottled water. We walked everywhere and only took a taxi once because I didn’t want to schlep a case of beer and other heavy items from the Chedraui. We had breakfast at the San Lucero restaurant next door every morning which was outstanding. One lazy evening, we ordered a smorgasbord of items for takeaway and had our own little dinner party in our room which was a delicious treat. We didn’t use the little pool at all because we went to the beach every day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Cabo Vista and highly recommend it!

Breakfast = 5/5! Bed sheets = 1/5 (thin and pilled) Place was functional and located about 15 - 20 minutes walk to the beaches. Beach towels and umbrellas for guest use was a nice touch. Pool area was small but nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Location is very convenient to downtown. Beach is about 30 minutes walk. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Restaurant on-site is very accommodating. Hot water tank could be larger. Water ia very hot, runs out too quickly.
