My experience was great! The staff was very helpful and the property was clean! Also, some of the staff got jokes!!! I'll definitely book it again next time!

Room was clean, but no shower wash in bathroom. I had to use soap. In room fridge was loud and hotel does not provide you with water. You have to ask the front desk for bottles or buy the very expensive water in the room fridge.

The Nine always is the place to stay. The price sometimes is high but you are right near everything to do in Cleveland. In the summer the rooftop bar has some great views.

Dated property, rooms are dingy and dark. We had no window in the main part of our Jr Suite. Showers are not clean and leak. Sink was not draining. Valet staff not helpful and did not assist w luggage on arrival or departure. Great location but way overrated.

Great location in downtown Cleveland. Walking distance to sports events, live music, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, great resturants, and the Lake. The hotel is very elegant and well designed. It has great food, and the coolest bars. Our room was spacious and comfy. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful! Had a problem with the bedding though. The bottom sheet kept falling off since it is not fitted.

8/10 很好

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-kept, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. The hotel’s location was also a major plus, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Let's start with the lobby. When we walked in it smelled like heaven! The lobby was elegant and clean. Check in was so quick and easy. The staff were friendly and informative. The room was beautiful, spacious, unique, clean and had a fantastic view of Progressive Field. We plan to stay here again soon!

Not very clean. Rooftop bar was very disappointing. There were straws on the ground and as soon as you walk in, there’s a big case to your left with old Gatorade bottle bottles in them.

We had multiple issues with our room at check in on Friday evening, it was frustrating to say the least. On Saturday morning I spoke to Priscilla at the front desk and she was so kind and helpful. She made the manager aware of the difficulties we experienced and he was also attentive and made sure the rest of our stay was wonderful.
