Friendly, Helpful and Clean

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aurora. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore nearby tourist attractions. I highly recommend it!

Extremely pleasant stay

I have selected this hotel primarily because of the location, which was as central as one can imagine. All sights were within 10 min walk. Dozens of restaurants (of all price ranges) within 5 min walk. But after 10 pm everything was getting very quiet - no noise, nothing. But what was also superb was the staff. Everybody was going out of their way to help you. When they realized that I will most likely get lost with directions to the nearest parking garage (which in Italy is very easy), the porter jumped on his electric scooter, extricated me from a dead end street, led me to the garage, explained how to use the payment system and how to get back to the hotel on foot. Very good breakfast, with everything prepared right there and then. Any question answered and any request was done immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excelente Hospedagem.

Minha estadia foi bem agradável com a minha namorada. É um hotel bem agradável, limpo e organizado. Ponto positivo para o atendimento, pois sempre se mostraram solícitos e tentando nos entender porque não falamos italiano. O café da manhã é excelente e com muita variedade.

Great place helpful receptionists

After our reservation, they sent us information about the city, such as places to eat. They answered our questions. The receptionists were very helpful. If we come again, we will stay here. Its location is very central, thank you for everything.:)

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of the centre of Verona everything within walking distance to all sights. The staff were so helpful from organising itineraries, recommendations and buses/taxis. The breakfast was lovely and simple each morning too.
