Nos encantó nuestra estadía en Patio 77, el staff es súper amable y muy atento. Las instalaciones son hermosas y muy tranquilas, súper recomendable para descansar y recargar pila en una ciudad con tanto movimiento. El desayuno delicioso y las instalaciones muy limpias. Lovely stay in a beautiful, unique building. The bed, courtyard, eating area, room, shared space - it was all wonderful. Elvia, our hostess and all the staff were warm and welcoming. Communication was exceptionally easy and quick. We loved it and hope to be back soon.

A lovely, peaceful, and homey stay; although the shower leaks onto the floor and we had to use an additional towel to clean it up each night. The noise at night from within the property was an issue. The kitchen staff was amazing as were the breakfasts they prepared and served, always with the most genuine of morning greetings .

El Patio 77 is a magical place to stay while visiting Mexico City. The host and staff are very friendly. The courtyard and rooms are gorgeous. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and the neighborhood of San Rafael. Both have special places in my heart forever and I hope to return.

This property had a lovely authenticity to it that made me feel steeped in the surrounding Dias de los Muertos celebrations. While a little ways from some key Mexico City sights, I didn’t mind the 10-15 minute walk to get to some of those places. Especially worth the stay if you want to be eco-minded.

Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay at El patio 77. Quant, stylish stay in a residential area of Mexico City but so close to all the major sites of the city. Such attention to detail. Room were spacious, well decorated and spotless. Elvira the manager was so welcoming and attended to your every need. Every morning you are greeted with a delicious breakfast, unlike any I’ve had at hotel ! Highly recommended El Patio 77 😁.

Amazing B&B.

We loved our stay, it was convenient to many locations, the breakfast made fresh and different meals each day, the room was simple and modern and the staff was small but outstanding. We loved Ana our host who took take of getting us a private tour guide to the Pyramids, sent us a private chofer for our arrival at the airport and provided tons of recommendations to eat. Ana you're the best.

The location was right out of a period piece movie, my husband and I felt like we were walking on streets that were so rich with history. The hostess and the staff were incredibly cordial, after getting past an initial low inquisitive bark, Bonito the lovable terrier warms up and brings out his toys to play fetch, experience of a lifetime, definetly going back, thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

Everything is great except for no AC & 6-8am traffic sounds - a car alarm went off every single morning during those hours and the trash people ring literal bells, there’s a truck with a recorded woman yelling a menu of services

The B&B is in a unique historic building and was conveniently located to my job site. It is a sustainable B&B, which is admirable, but is not clearly advertised on Expedia. You have to use their bath/hair products and limit water usage. The towels were raggedy and old. There were dust bunnies and hair all over the floor to the point that it covered my socks daily from walking around the room. There is no air conditioning, so if you are traveling during warm weather, be warned. If you're American, be warned that all toilet paper has to go in the trashcan here, not the toilet.
