The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests.

Don’t stay until renovated!
The room was very outdated. The carpet ripped. Stains on the carpet throughout the room. Stains on the wall and curtains. Paint chipped in the tub. Pool floor was brown.

Area for improvement
Check in was smooth and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. My room didn’t have a blow dryer and I had to call 3 times before someone brought one to me. I had an appointment and was on a time schedule so this was not a good thing. The number to housekeeping directly was not being answered. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was good.

I was a little disappointed the beds were very hard and uncomfortable the shower curtain had mold on it there was no trash bag in the can in the bathroom also they charged 15$ a night for parking but don’t mention the price until you question your bill. I ordered a coffee from the bistro and used my debit card for a 11$ purchase and it held 50$ on my account and I am still waiting for the refund

Nice hotel
Stay was very good. Great location. They told me where to park in parking deck but never said there was an additional charge. Only one of the two elevators worked and it took forever to get to your room and back to the lobby. Many people had to wait for their room to be ready and it was 4pm. Like everywhere, understaffed and lacked maintenance, Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Let's do better
Thought bathroom was very nice.
Only one elevator was working which caused delays.
The one elevator from Parkway garage to 1st floor was an inconvenience.
No free coffee in lobby was a let down
No free breakfast was also disappointing for price
What staff I did encounter was friendly
Charging parking cost for parking garage seems unfair considering you have no parking lot

Fancy places treat customers according to how they
I was harassed and continuously lied to by the staff members all of them wxcept one named Andrew who worked the night shift. No one wanted to help, if i had to "Its not my job" this place would absolutely get an first place reward. On top of all the terrible experience there i did book one more night there in hopes of speaking with the manager kn duty at check in only to flat out ignored to my face by both of them in the lobby, after the day before i left a note requested for a higher up to get in touch with me due to my service during my stay.
