8/10 Very good

Very friendly welcome and attentive staff.
Tom, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Definitely better in summer as you can see safari animals in the evening more. But still a great family hotel
Amy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We had a lovely stay, sadly we didn't have long enough but next time we will make sure we have plenty of time to enjoy the facilities available for longer. on arrival there is plenty for kids, a big tv in reception with bean bags, plenty of arcades, animal theme throughout. The food albeit expensive was very good, the breakfast included with the stay was excellent, so much choice and to watch the giraffes have their breakfast whilst we ate ours was truly magical!
Nikki, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice night away with a good view. Just needs a bit

Check in staff and staff around the hotel were all helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a great view, however it is in need of renovations. Dinner was nice but the service staff were slow and we witnessed multiple tables being served food before drinks, including ourselves.
Rebecca, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent service and perfect getaway for a family with children.
Lone, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely room and view
Heidi, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel was nice but we stayed in an Aztec Monkey Wanyana view room, it could have been better for the price we paid. Just little touches like a big monkey bear in the room and animal biscuits for the kids would be nice. There was no entertainment on and we stayed a Saturday night, just a movie playing in reception. Wasn’t as special as the additional money we paid for a better room.
Victoria, 1-night trip

Great stay

Room was spacious and clean. Dinner was lovely, albeit expensive. Nice treasure hunt to keep busy. Pool nice and warm but wasn't told there's now a £3pp charge to swim.

Chessington Hotel

The hotel is now looking tired. Our bed was very uncomfortable which did effect our sleep. The food in the Safari Grill resturant was nice but portions are small. The plus side of staying at the hotel is that you get in the park an hour early although only limited rides are open.
Claire, 1-night trip

Great staff, great stay. The animals looked happy in the safari areas. Thank you!
Chris, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel and a walk around the zoo included.

Highly recommended

Great hotel directly at Chessington World of Adventures. Everything is themed very nicely and a lot of the rooms and restaurants have a view directly on the Safari park and some of the animals. Absolutely lovely. Customer service was also great, especially by Malakaib.
Eric, 1-night trip

Amazing safari view

The staff were brilliant, the room was lovely and clean and the Safari view from the room was unbelievable. We had the best time and even extended our stay. In the evenings hotel guests have access to up close walking around the Safari animals which was amazing.
Amy, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel staff were nice but the room let the stay down.
Joseph, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Thanks for being so accommodating and helpful. Love the room and view was great!
Kirsty, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Lovely hotel, and handy if you are visiting the world of adventures, or local area. Unfortunately, let down by the girl managing the check-in desk at check in, the lady managing the restaurant desk for breakfast and the fact that the staff don't care about issues raised about people shouting and banging about in the hallways at night
4-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is a great hotel - it would be fab for family stays. But when the park is closed, its a good place to stay on business because the rooms are really comfortable and the food is nice.

Wonderful Stay

Easy parking and friendly check in staff. Beautifully decorated, clean room that put a big smile on my face. Slept really well and woke to Zebras playing in sun. Very nice breakfast with a good choice. Would love to bring my family next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect staycation hotel

Really great hotel - mega family friendly. The splash pool is unique and superb for a family. Theming throughout makes the hotel really special. Staff exceptional throughout - all making a great effort.
Julian, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Really lovely staff. Very helpful and went the extra mile. We did have to wait nearly an hour to check in but that was a tech glitch and not to be held against the staff! We would have liked longer time in pool and dining areas and take away food was tiny portions and horribly expensive.
James, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very child friendly. Kids had a great time.
Meena, 1-night trip

Amazing Hotel

Great hotel smells amazingly at all the time apart from the toilets next to the swimming pools. Trouble to watch TV , the food and drinks are very expensive. They have decent activities for kids.
