Nice night away with a good view. Just needs a bit
Check in staff and staff around the hotel were all helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a great view, however it is in need of renovations. Dinner was nice but the service staff were slow and we witnessed multiple tables being served food before drinks, including ourselves.

Chessington Hotel
The hotel is now looking tired. Our bed was very uncomfortable which did effect our sleep. The food in the Safari Grill resturant was nice but portions are small.
The plus side of staying at the hotel is that you get in the park an hour early although only limited rides are open.

Great stay
Room was spacious and clean. Dinner was lovely, albeit expensive. Nice treasure hunt to keep busy. Pool nice and warm but wasn't told there's now a £3pp charge to swim.

Highly recommended
Great hotel directly at Chessington World of Adventures. Everything is themed very nicely and a lot of the rooms and restaurants have a view directly on the Safari park and some of the animals. Absolutely lovely.
Customer service was also great, especially by Malakaib.

Amazing safari view
The staff were brilliant, the room was lovely and clean and the Safari view from the room was unbelievable. We had the best time and even extended our stay. In the evenings hotel guests have access to up close walking around the Safari animals which was amazing.

Lovely hotel, and handy if you are visiting the world of adventures, or local area.
Unfortunately, let down by the girl managing the check-in desk at check in, the lady managing the restaurant desk for breakfast and the fact that the staff don't care about issues raised about people shouting and banging about in the hallways at night

This is a great hotel - it would be fab for family stays. But when the park is closed, its a good place to stay on business because the rooms are really comfortable and the food is nice.

Wonderful Stay
Easy parking and friendly check in staff. Beautifully decorated, clean room that put a big smile on my face. Slept really well and woke to Zebras playing in sun. Very nice breakfast with a good choice.
Would love to bring my family next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really lovely staff. Very helpful and went the extra mile. We did have to wait nearly an hour to check in but that was a tech glitch and not to be held against the staff! We would have liked longer time in pool and dining areas and take away food was tiny portions and horribly expensive.

Amazing Hotel
Great hotel smells amazingly at all the time apart from the toilets next to the swimming pools. Trouble to watch TV , the food and drinks are very expensive. They have decent activities for kids.

Short stay on a work trip. It is very relaxing and welcoming. Safari themed rooms add to the relaxing atmosphere. A place to visit with the kids and family.
Ample free parking, the restaurants serve tasty meals. Mostly buffet breakfast however a few times it has been table d'hote.

Fab hotel & for kids. Book swimming in advance!
We stayed in the Aztec Monkey Room and it was great for kids and adults alike. Enough space and great idea to have a small partition between kids bunk beds and adults bed too. Lovely touch that they give you a small quiz of counting things around your room walls, to unlock a safe (located in kids room) that holds something inside for kids to find (even if the alarm beeping when code entered incorrectly by smaller kids pressing, drives you a little crazy :-)). Sadly we only noticed this quiz too late to take advantage of finding out what’s inside!
Hotel is clean and well kept and located one min from the park entrance and actually within the park for the early access doors, which is a massive benefit to staying.
The restaurant food choice was good and catered to my gluten and dairy intolerances also :-).
Great view of lots of animals from this hotel and from our room which was on the end and the kids loved.
Only things that let the hotel down was that we requested a cot in the room before arriving, which was not present upon arrival. It had to be requested by us a further three times over a 4 hour period before it finally arrived and impacting little one’s nap time.
Secondly the splash pool looks incredible however has to be booked in advance, with little direction on how to do so before arriving and by the time we arrived, all slots were totally booked up leaving us unable to experience this at all. This was very disappointing for the kids.
Overall, great experience!

Poor rooms
On arrival hotels.com had not communicated my booking and the hotel were unaware of it. The staff were trying to help. They managed to sort me a room not for the same price wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience, the room was pretty gross, the bathroom stank of urine, the chair had a rip in it, one single bed was so soft almost broken, just very basic and for the money you pay not good enough.

Great family hotel
Loved our stay! So easy to access Chessington and loved waking up to animals outside our room window.
Dinner and breakfast were yum. All staff were polite and helpful.
Would definitely stay again.
