Large and immaculately clean room with large balcony overlooking pool. Lovely green courtyard. Pool is large and very clean. Staff is highly attentive. Made to order breakfast is wonderful. Quiet yet walkable to everything.

Hidden Gem with spectacular hospitality

This was easily the most amazing stay at a hotel I have had in decades. The team at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel is absolutely fantastic, the friendliest people everywhere at this Hotel anticipating your every move. I liked my Four Seasons stay once, but they are not even close to the level of hospitality and care you receive at this hidden gem in Siem Reap.

We stayed for two nights and had an enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Pub Street and with easy access for taxis and tuktuks to visit the temples. The staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

5 Star Hotel in Siem Reap, Highly recommend

The staff at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel were all truly amazing. They were extremely attentive and knew us all by name. They made our stay very memorable and we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful trip to Siem Reap. The hotel is in a really great part of town, close to walk to pub street and many restaurants nearby. The meals we had at the hotel were very fresh and delicious as well.

3, Day visit with friends

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is an excellent location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town where there are many bars and restaurants nearby but it is down a little quiet cul-de-sac just giving it a bit of peace and tranquility. The rooms were nice and spacious with all the facilities you would require. Breakfast was until 10 am which as well as the cold buffet offered a menu of freshly hot cooked food. There was a nice pool with adequate sunbeds. However the best thing of all is the staff who are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Constantly bringing you drinks, cold flannels (cause it was hot!) and organising any thing required. So a big thank you to Mr Leap, Nana, Rat, Seth, Bet Pon and the rest of the team who made our stay truly memorable. If u go to Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay. Many Thanks Matt & Jim

Very nice hotel. The staff go above and beyond at all times. Breakfast was first rate. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Very close to pub street and all night life in the city. Tuk tuks are always right outside. Awesome!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Khmer Boutique mansion. The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. Little things, asking about your day, offering small advice and helping out with daily plans. The food, the cleanliness and the facilites were excellent. I cant really fault anything.

5 Stars all around!

We enjoyed our stay at the Khmer Mansion Boutique very much and the value of quality and service was above and beyond the nightly rate we paid! The room was very comfortable and beautiful and we loved our outdoor terrace. The bedding was incredibly comfortable once they added extra padding. The service was impeccable! They greeted us every time we arrived with a cold glass of water and a cold towel to help cool us down from our day out in the sun exploring the temples. We also got both foot and body massages and they could not have been better (although painful as we both had lots of sore and tight muscles!). We will definitely be back to Siem Reap and will absolutely stay at the Khmer Mansion Boutique when we do! 5 stars all around!

Fabulous hotel centrally located

From the moment you arrive NOTHING is too much trouble, the staff genuinely care about your stay. So much so one of the staff said if we saw any mosquitos in our room the would come in and spray round, she also said if we found the bed hard she could put something on top to make it more comfy. We didn’t need any of those things. Breakfast is preordered from a lovely selection and we tried a few different ones and they were all delicious. The location of the hotel is a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants therefore there maybe some noise. We wasn’t troubled by any particularly with the air con on. It didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We loved our stay and highly recommend other to stay here. We felt we arrived as guests and left as treasured friends. We hope to be back

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Ideal location, with a short walk to Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market, the river, and numerous eateries. The staff is incredible, offering service beyond perfection. Most impressively, they remember guests by face and name, always greeting us with warm smiles, cold towels, and refreshing cold water – a comforting touch on hot days. One highlight was booking a tuk-tuk through the hotel for town and ruins exploration; the service from the driver was impeccable. Additionally, my friend and I enjoyed a delightful cookie class organized by the hotel, adding a unique and super fun element to our stay. The breakfast and overall food at the hotel were outstanding, providing a delightful culinary experience. The only drawback was the potential noise from Pub Street, especially late at night. However, having read reviews beforehand, I requested a room away from the noise and was assigned room 301– minimal to no disturbance. Hotel offers earplugs for added comfort. Overall, a memorable experience with excellent service and thoughtful accommodations.

The hotel is excellent - great location, comfortable spacious room with an awesome shower, good A/C, beautiful setting, very clean and well kept, and includes breakfast! But what makes this hotel EXCEPTIONAL and deserving of 5 stars, is the STAFF!! They are all so sweet, kind, polite and the most accommodating, service oriented people we’ve encountered. It was truly a pleasure to stay here and meet each of you. Each time we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a much needed glass of cold water and washcloth. They arranged our day tour, round trip airport transportation, gave us a parting gift!, and simply made our 2 night stay most enjoyable and easy! And a huge shout out to the manager, for friendly conversation, and who was most accommodating with our late check out. We have the best impression of Cambodian people, and Siem Reap from our experience at this hotel! This hotel should be on the top of your list if visiting this area. And thank you Mr Komsoth (tuk tuk driver) for patiently waiting for us to see the sites, and for your safe driving!

High quality for a decent price

We stayed at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for a week. It was my third visit to Siem Reap, so I knew what to expect of the town. You will be greeted by an overwhelming welcoming committee every time you enter the reception, offering wet towels and water. The hotel is built around a pool with very clean water. They offer pool side service with cocktails and snacks. In the evening they have a restaurant with a decent menu. The tenderloin was very good. If you have included breakfast, you can order it from a menu every evening. They will then serve it by the pool or at your room/balcony at the time of your choosing. Housekeeping will clean your room every day when you are out. There's a minibar, so you can have cold drinks in your room. All in all we are very pleased with the stay, and can recommend it to others as well. The value for money is pretty good. There's another hotel with the same staff/owners, so you get an offer to go see a traditional dancing show with dinner. It was worth the trip. Be aware that the hotel is located close to Pub Street, so there may be some noise from the street. Bring ear plugs if you have a hard time sleeping because of music and sounds. We chose the location because it is close to Pub Street, which is literally one block away.

Beste hotellet i hele Kambodsja! Rett fra du ankommer hotellet blir du behandlet som kongelig. Drikke og kaldt håndkle får du ikke bare ved ankomst, men hver eneste gang du kommer til resepsjonen etter en tur ute. Dem ordna klart frokostkurv og kaffe vi kunne ta med for soloppgangstur til Angkor Wat. Vi brukte også hotellet til å fikse tempelturen. Veldig lettvint til en god pris

何年も前に泊まって印象が良かったので久しぶりに利用。ベッドにはwelcomeではなくwelcome backの文字が。全員笑顔でのコミュニケーション、朝食はバイキングではないが、食後フルーツの提案。外出から戻るたびに冷たいおしぼりと水のサーブ。日本人からするとやや過剰かもしれないですが、一人旅でも年配者でも安心できるホテルです。

Best Hotel Experience Ever! From the moment my family and I arrived, this hotel gave us a truly unforgettable and pleasant experience. We checked in late at night, but the hospitality was immediate and exceptional. As soon as we stepped out of the car, the staff welcomed us like royalty—helping with our luggage and even offering refreshing drinks and fruit while we waited. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully prepared. One of the most touching gestures was finding one of our names spelled out in flowers on the bed—such a thoughtful and personalized touch that made us feel truly special. What truly made our stay remarkable was the incredible staff. A massive thank you to Phat, Sophie, Leap, Nana, Sombo, Vaesa, Mey, Cici, Sunflower, Thea, Ra, and Rathamba—each of you went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. One thing that really stood out was how the whole staff made sure to know us by our first names and addressed us that way throughout our stay. This simple yet heartfelt gesture made everything feel much more intimate and personal. We can't recommend this hotel enough. It was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home. Very nice hotel with excellent staff who would help out if necessary. The grounds of the hotel are nice with lots of trees and flowers. The area out of the hotel is not very nice. I feel that in Cambodia there are not many places done up after the wars they have gone through. Roads are not sealed except for the highway to the airport.

Fantastisk, centralt hotel

Et fantastisk hotel midt i Siem Reap - vitterligt to minutter fra Pub Street. Det er et lille hotel, så de fantastiske medarbejdere tager virkelig hånd om dig og elsker at snakke om både din og deres egen kultur. Specielt Seth i receptionen er fantastisk 🙌 Morgenmaden er også god. Lille buffet med de vigtigste ting og så kan du vælge nogle ting fra et menukort, både lokale og "internationale" retter. Området omkring har også nogle glimrende restauranter, hvor du nemt kan spise til under 5 USD per person. Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale det her hotel.
