A confusing stay in Brussels
An interesting stay. The building is old, but in a charming way, however, the images vs the reality were a bit of a shock. The images would lead me to be believe there was an upgraded condition of the room, however, it felt like it was several hundred years old because it basically was. A very peculiar setup, design, condition, you name it. Aside from the condition, the location can’t really be beaten, check-in/out staff was lovely, and there it’s in walking distance of the major sites, bars, food. Can’t say I’d stay again, but the view from the room was great, the rest left much, much to be desired.

Just Beautiful Establishment
Beautiful hotel, especially the lobby with all the comfortable seats and gorgeous decor. So very close to the train station and attractions. Many tourist oriented restaurants nearby, but if you venture a little further away, there are better choices.

Perfectly adequate
The positioning of the hotel for sightseeing and getting about on transport was excellent. Our room on the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard was quiet at night. We didn't take breakfast thinking it was pricey but actually found nearby cafe breakfast was similarly priced. We enjoyed our stay , we would have liked to have used the lounge/bar but sadly although it was beautifully dressed it lacked atmosphere and ambience. The check in desk is set back from entering the hotel which adds to the feel of the hotel which is smart but not the most relaxed environment.

A disappointing stay - Lacking Basic Comforts
I booked Hotel Le Dixseptième for a touch of European luxury after four months overseas and missing Christmas with my family. The location was excellent, and the hotel was quiet—exactly what I was looking for in a boutique stay. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Our room was not as clean as it should have been, with stains on the curtains, damaged bed sheets, and a previous guest’s socks by the bed. However, the real issue was the lack of hot water. For our entire stay, the water in our room was ice-cold. In February, this meant no showering and forced us to cancel activities like running and using the gym. Any sense of luxury was lost. We reported the issue at 6 PM, yet by checkout at 10:30 AM, no plumber had arrived. While other rooms had hot water, we weren’t offered an alternative. The hotel’s compensation? A €10 per person discount—a disgraceful 10% off for such a fundamental failure. I understand that problems happen, but the lack of urgency and inadequate response made this frustrating. A four-star hotel should offer more than a good location—it should provide basic comforts and proper service. Instead of feeling refreshed, we were relieved to go home.

Très bel hôtel "à l'ancienne", très bien placé, mais au calme. La chambre était très grande, élégante et confortable. (j'ai bien apprécié d'avoir une bouilloire, petit détail qui a son importance). Personnel très accueillant. J'y retournerai.

ブリュッセル中央駅のすぐ近くで、周りに店もたくさんあります。場所がとても良いです。部屋は番号でなく、アーティストの名前になっています。一部屋一部屋がとても広々としていて、古いながらも快適に過ごすことができました。ただ朝食があまりよくありませんでした。朝食を食べる部屋は素敵ですが、種類も少なくここで食べるなら、外でコーヒーとワッフルでも食べたほうがいいと思います。

Perfect location right in centre, very well sized rooms. A few more tea, coffee, milk options in room would be helpful. Had to keep asking for more milk as only 2 sachets provided for a 2 night stay. Otherwise really good and would stay there again
