There is nothing that I did not like, it was truly perfect winter vacation. I cannot wait to get back this summer also.

Everybody here was extremely friendly and helpful. If you like snow sports, this place is so very convenient. The slopes are right in your backyard.

Love the coffee and water station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Glad to see some of the updates to the older section.

The room was big and clean! We had a great view of the mountain which was cool to watch once we were done skiing for the day. They had coffee out in the lobby all day, breakfast in the morning, and a fire pit going at night. It was a great atmosphere!

Front desk issues checking in and checking out. Place is ok. Room was good. NYE party was nice.

Liked pool area, large room, proximity to slopes, and 24/7 coffee. Room could use some minor updates and repairs (as could lodge).

Standard ski lodge. Beds are comfy, rooms are dated. Shower is adequate, clean. A/c was very loud.

We enjoy going to Wisp and the convenience of having the ski locker and restaurants close in town. Property itself is older and could use some updating.

Did like being close to resort for skiing. Not worth the price per night. Smelt old and musty.

I had to park away from building when I checked in. Just because ski crowd parked around

Nice staff, good location close to ski activities, coffee and breakfast complementary. Rooms are average would benefit for an update. Check in very late at 5 pm and we could not check in until 4 pm.

Staff is professional and kind. Ski lift broke, we were stuck on the lift for 20 minutes in the freezing cold.

I always stay here every summer with my daughter because she likes the pool. This time we came and the pool was closed the entire stay. EXTREMELY disappointing. They offered a discount on the room for the inconvenience but I still have no idea what they're giving me. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The layout of the rooms are awkward. There is no storage space in the bathroom. A shelf would be nice. A dresser instead of a desk would be more useful so there is a place to store your clothing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Biggest complaint is the late check-in time of 5PM. It is completely unreasonable, especially after a long day of travel. Rooms and furniture feel very dated, though they appeared clean. Breakfast was limited to cereal, muffins, bagels, juice/coffee/milk and nothing more.

Pior facility

Web site boasts 3 restaurants and a pool. The pool was closed, no reason given. There are bot 3 restaurants, but a so called grill that offered 1 appetizer, 3 salads, 3 sandwiches. So I am very disappointed and feel it was a waste of money. I am in the process of writing a letter.

The lodge was close to my friends location in the area. I wasn't pleased with the breakfast. I wasn't able to see choices before 9am. I was there between 9:15am to 10am. Everything was practically gone. There was bagels, bread, cereal, coffee and juice. I didn't see any hot foods.

The rooms were decent for a ski resort hotel. It was pretty outdated and a little dirty though. The view was pretty good. The pool was nice. Liked the heated element of the pool. The pool bathrooms were terrible. Extremely old and stinky. The ceiling tiles were broken and worn out. The property could use a little time for a renovation that improves the living conditions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tubing was really fun to do. Overall, I would say this was a good trip and I would come again soon for the tubing and skiing, but not staying the hotel.
